1:58 I saw a big truck with pieces from a huge tree, about one meter diameter, one meter long, in the spot for upstairs. Then it went and came back. Don't know if they were the same pieces. Then i  heard someone climbing the stairs, carrying something very heavy by the sound it was making on the stairs (i was in the bathroom). Was thinking, maybe they use those as a table or something. But i don't believe on single preson or two could have lifted one of those.

12:59 AM I tried 3 times already tonight. Last time it said chrome was up to date before i signed in. Then i tried NETFLIX and it said it was not up to date. Then after i updated it it started to again double the links. For this i did get a fair dose from my phone, by checking the codes got the same pains as ever. Maybe i should start to learn to use Edge.

2:15 I can't believe i've done it. I installed installed Windows again (resettin the computer in settings does that. I updated chrome before i signed in and i changed my password and now it works. Hope will stay this way.

No it doesn't. It only worked once. Edge. Visibly slower. For blogging only, maybemaybe. No, Edge now does the same.

3:41 Ok i removed all extensions, reinstalled Windows, updated Chrome and after i signed in and relaunched, it does the same. One thing. Though i choose clean install, with formatting the flash memory, it gives Romanian language as a choice in the beginningbeginning.

11:00 My new neighbor does the same as the others. Stays here all weekend, wakes me early, keeps walking and pumping the floor. By example i went to bed at 4 AM because of the issute above, i slept 4 hours and now she keeps walking. Yesterday afternoon it was like hell in here. Kids playing at our windows. A guy with a Harly vibrated everything like ten times within all afternoon and evening. Kids where hitting balls. The robins were singing. Now there's a crow.

8:20 Nobody would believe. Not a person, a cat. The new neighbor upstairs has a cat tree at the sliding window and when the cat jumps and runs it feels in here like a small earthquake. Then the sulfur dioxide accumulating from walls outgassing in the space between ceiling and floor upstairs is being released in small amounts.

More than that, it looks like the cat, like any feline or predator, feels when a big mammal is stressed out (by writing, searching, thinking and then it runs some more, increasing stress). It's automatic.

This morning, yesterday morning my blood pressure raised so much i almost fainted or had a heart attack or stroke.

About an hour ago when i finished posting about eqs, i stood and walked, air the room, for about an hour and i think now i'm ready to go back to sleep.

1:14 (4:14 Eastern) I was watching the stock market as i was eating another can of sardines, reading articles, trying to figure why it turned around when i went to bed and woke up like ten times by noises and apnea caused by sever stomach pain...

My second favorite, after fish and fries...S&P went up 0.8% in 20 minutes or so and was wondering why, when i realized something was wrong with the fish. Salty and spicy like hell, probably the other cause behind my blood pressure raising and stomach pains in the last few days which made me quit smoking and drinking...

I looked carefully at the cans, they are similar with the others i bought from WinCo. Mislabeled? Now my eyes are hurting a bit.

5:22 I'm back with newly re-installed Windows. It took about half hour or less than expected. Until i could turn off wi-fi and because i had to bialy start the phone to confirm signing-in, i have some pains in the legs. 

07:11 PM Somebody was playing biker here last 15 minutes, but he stopped when i started to write this. Prior to that, there was the tan You Con across the alley. At a certain time they were both. They shook dust from building, gas from walls and floor above. As a result, i screwed everything i've done in the last half hour or so. Taking a break. There is little doubt in my mind they haven't done it intentionally.

07:27 PM there is a brand new black Mercedes SUV with dealer number where my truck used to be a few days ago (50 to 100k). There's a party going on in an apartment in the next building and can see and hear the guys when i smoke. There is a couch in the bin across the alley and two stinky mats in the SW bin.

07:44 PM Grabbed some crackers and a beer, kids came to play by the cable box.

6:14 Went to the restroom, someone again flushed the toilet, probably at 4, like they always do. (Why?).  See what i mean when i say am being monitored 24/7? Went outside to the bins, a plane few very very low. If it's not a plane, it's a siren etc..

One trick i have not spoke about and one brown bag i haven't seen before. They knot the bag too low while the bag is dirty above the knot.

Did more pictures but they came blurred as i was so mad so i went back. Another Latina came and threw something in the bin right before (the other one got real close to me while i was taking a picture in the first set.

The SW bin (Nr.5) has too many items that are not in tight bags or no bags at all. Also, where i cleaned the other day after they broke a litter bag.  They came yesterday to power wash the areas around bins. The most "benefited" the bin across the alley, the closest. Half hour of 100 dB noise and vibration.  However the one seen below was done very briefly and they spread the hazardous waste across the alley where cars pass and raise it.

Another rain short rain, another stream with redwood dust in the middle of the alley. Again, the cars will raise the very irritant dust to the sky.

9:20 AM I went to take the garbage. Finally met with the woman who uses blue and white bags. She throws them from a distance, unknotted.  She avoided looking at me. This one ended in the bin however on top of other bags. So i picked it and threw it in the back where it usually falls at the bottom. She has two medium size dogs and i saw where she went. Of course it was all her choice to come in the same time with me.

Here i am being monitored 24/7.

6:37AM  Nevermind that. I have to replace the AC low pressure hose that cost 280 bucks on ebay. The apartment now smells like cat litter dust. Found a number of open dog bags by the SW bin. There is also a spillage of litter dust by the bin i tried to avoid stepping in.

8:00 Never mind all that. I found the hose with the meter and the AC is not leaking. Don't know what i saw. It's just that it does not work under 58 Fahrenheit outside period.

8:10 AM Never mind that either. The reading would be the same even if you have only one drop of liquid refrigerant left.

What i need is an adapter for my hose (that came with the vacuum pump and only had one adapter) to measure the high pressure while it's working. I think the compressor needs enough refrigerant to build up the high pressure on the right column in the chart below. But they only come in pairs and already have the low one. Whatever. Have you noticed how funny some of the new Chinese "brands" are? Ha ha.

What i needed a vacuum pump for? To suck all the moisture from inside the pipes because they caught smelly mold. Yes, inside the lines. Also removes all the air that would mix with refrigerant and diminish cooling capacity). I let it run for an hour and yes, it worked.

Note the chart ends (or better said starts) at 65 F with 25 psi for low pressure. I believe the low pressure cutoff switch is set at that pressure and the compressor quits working under that. So it would not work under 65. To clear many discussions on this theme on forums. However mine was working yesterday all the way down to 58 F and wasn't working anymore at 55. Also should note that when driving, some of the lines are also heated by the engine. So the cutoff switch is set even lower.

1:54 This litter dust spillage happened just before we left for our Memorial Day weekend trip. It felt like a trap and since i was leaving i thought it wouldn't have bothered me too much so i left it untouched. About a month before in the day of my last dr. visit, they did it again but on a smaller scale.

It was on the right of the cage, inside and in front. Like back then, it looks like someone came with a bag with litter dust and it broke just before reaching its destination.

So instead they came with a last minute fix. They put some by the driver's door in our parking spot which i picked on my shoes, being in a hurry.

Today i first went to look when i noticed, again, the oil spillage by the transformer not far from that bin, the smell and the loud buzzing sound due to lack of cooling. Second time, i grabbed the camera, nitrile gloves, a garbage sack etc.. However at the bin i met with the blue eyed smoking guy who i also suspect is bringing blue open bags at that bin so i just turned around. They do this when they need time to prepare something else which they did.

When i went the third time, there was this red car with large exhaust who stopped not far, making a big noise. So ir distracted me, forgot to put my gloves on, however i had the mask. In the same time a black small SUV, i think Toyota (i know the're not into electric cars) with WA LPN backed up making that whistling electric car noise covered by the red car and almost hit me from behind while i was picking the s... Though it was not necessary to back up that much to get out of the spot.

In the end i gathered about 10 pounds of spillage mixed with bones from a barbecue which i put in a garbage bag, knoted and put it in the bin. However, some aloready have mixed with soil and embedded into the ground.

2:15 One ended, another one started. We ran out of bread. I made some pizza dough that is now raising. Angela is cooking some eggplants left in the fridge otherwise empty. The "kids" from Japan and Hungary dressed summerly came in the back leaning in all kinda positions (no gymnastics today) by the cable box (next to the transformer shown above). Now they hit the box so i can hear them. So i just shut the backdoor and put the blinds on. Too late cause the smell of the cooking went outside.

4:50 I was eating pizza and posting here when the "kids" came back.

6:10 PM

8:30 PM Angela went to the stores. I slept two hours.

9:20 Just came home after a 300 miles trip. The new upstairs neighbor came in the same time with us and said high and Angela welcomed her. After i parked on my spot i found next to driver's door a fistful of cat litter dust. I saw the day before a cat tree behind the sliding door at their living. I was lucky enough it was still daylight when i got back and i saw it. But probably didn't when i left and stepped on it.

Now i understand the weird conversation with a guy at Three Rivers Casino, the guys mopping the carpet, cleaning the floor with a cleaning machine, the multitude of people carrying buckets and washing everything.

It also explains why i slept only three hours and why i was so energetic when i drove the last part of the trip.

Also the A/C of the car quit working under 60 F outside and can't find the pressure meter. Unrelated. Was still working in the morning.

9:40 It just occurred to me. The new neighbor looks just like the woman at 4, with a different look. She also steps and stomps in similar ways as those who just left. On my thoughts and frustrations.

11:04 Found a leak at the AC by the compressor and oil on the panel. I think it's a seal. Doesn't look a very tough job (one or two bolts) but it needs removing of the coolant reservoir to make some room, releasing of the freon, vacuuming of the system and then recharging.

11:12 Alanis Morrisette. Yeah i heard her on the radio a bit too much these days and that raised a suspicion (thank you local DJs). Used to be a fan, now it's thinning. Not only for her, for many others. I see and hear music with different eyes and ears these days. I remember intensely her songs since October 1995, and back then i was always thinking. I won the green card lottery and then maybe i died and went to Hell.

I died on my 35 birthday of a stroke, just like Dante said (nel mezzo), after i drank all day fishing in the heat on a side of a lake, without any water (isn't it ironic), then i got the letter saying i won the green card lottery for which i applied about one year before while i was still alive and forgot about and then i went to Hell 40 days later, on August 6, which Hell is actually a sort of Parallel Universe where you pay for what you've done before. Then it counts down back to 0 and then i'll see if Dante was right all the way to the end.

11:19 She went quiet for almost an hour but after i posted the above entry she started a load of laundry and now a big stomp on top of were i am. Or just filling the tub. I don't know, a big water hiss.

11:20 It stopped now. However the place filled with smell from the ceiling due to that hiss.

9:36 Went to smoke a cigarette to get rid of smell of dog poop and nausea and a short person with a small dog was playing hide and seek with me around the building. So i kept going inside waiting for her to leave. Then i lighted the cigarette but a tall person with two dogs came from the direction the first one left. Two coincidences to start my day.

9:44 Another person came with two dogs, this would make 3 within 10 minutes. Sirens are sounding in the distance.

10:00 Sirens just stop. It all caused me anxiety with raising of blood pressure and palpitations.

1:45 Talking about pollution... The smell in here is so bad i had to do the second part of my sleep with the ozone generator on... I visited the bins this morning, disposed of some poops, i smell more right now. Today is Wednesday, they will pick the garbage tomorrow, i want to see how, there is lots of stuff on top of the lids, but the bins have been like that for days... I suspect people from outside the complex come and through here...

There was a broken sack by one of them containing rotting food of the same type we last ate, as they do. Training bacteria for that type of foods that is. Halves rotten grapefruit. I only started to drink diluted grapefruit juice a couple of days ago, those were rotting for weeks, they must have brought them from somewhere else. Also the bin in the first picture was never full until about a month ago.

Last Thursday i put some gloves on and threw the sacks left on the ground after garbage truck emptied the bin and filled half of the second bin in the pictures below. But they weren't only sack. In a open plastic container i found several pounds of dried big dog poops with hair in it? and pounds of bees' or wasps' wax, and a million of other non household items.

10 AM A few weeks ago i found an envelope from the mailbox above mine hanging (protruding) into mine through a crack by the little door but i don't believe could have gotten in there easily. Numbers are assigned randomly, not by apartment numbers.

Could have easily pulled it out. I think i wrote or commented about. About a week ago they gave us a notice they will replace the mailboxes. Today when i'm about to finish my project, they came to replace those.

5:39 Deception as martial art.

As it was smelling, i went to dispose of the offending materials. People were moving around me creating deception. I went inside several times to get more bags as they were small (and soft, very hard to pick) and every time i knotted a bag, i found a new ones. One came with two dogs as i was picking. He picked his stuff but there was more left behind. One woman came right after i was done. It still smells.

2:48 More and more people use heat pumps for getting more heat for the dollar. The reason this happens is because heat pumps, as their name says, do not create heat by means of chemical reactions or electric current, where efficiency can be in best case scenario 100% (electric heaters) while heat generated by chemical reactions needs an isolation from the source (furnace, that needs to burn stuff in a closed circuit for reasons of pollution) and transfer it with a loss but rather move the heat (energy) from one area to another which can be even from cold (by making it even colder) to hot.

Heat pumps are 3-4 times more efficient than 100% measured at the hot radiator (inside) but they also "borrow" that energy from the other "room" (outside) which means a total of 7-8 times more energy than the energy needed for the compressor to work.

But if we close the circuit with a Sterling engine, which uses two sources, one  hot and one cold and has a 50% efficiency, we can indeed create energy from nothing, satisfying Leo Szilard's predictions since 1929, the year of great financial crisis (maybe caused by it) or even earlier by Maxwell (Maxwell's demon).

An early example of heat pumps, which work the other way around, are the refrigerators and ACs.

BTW It did make it to market. The 1960s Romania was full of them. In fact, it was the only type you could find LOL. They only needed a resistor powered by AC to work.

2:23 PM Latest from the ninja house. I went to fill the washer fluid reservoir at the car. But the car was not responding to the remote. I opened it with the key and then i filled it.

Then i went searching for the cause. First i thought the remote battery was dead, but then i remembered something. When i did the rounds at 6:30 (nothing found) and came back the car had the headlights on. I had Angela's keys with the remote on my pocket and i thought i must have touched it. Then they went back off and i  went inside.

So i went and checked the car's battery first. Dead. I really don't understand how it happened because this car turns the headlights off after 15 seconds or so.

I have been arguing many times with Angela about using this as a lazy driver's feature. I mean, not to turn the headlights off and leave that for the car. Today i had the proof as why it is not a good habit.

It was very silent this morning here. But as i went to look for the jump starter (and bend myself into the car) they started. Cars passing behind to catch the view. There was this real Latino looking guy checking his phone behind the car. Then, a person with a cane with three children, moving slowly. So i waited for those go go away. My jump started had the battery almost drained itself but it did start the engine. Now the show is back on after i gave them a jump start.

Could be related to the fact i posted something about being on a deadline.

2:55 PM I plugged in the jump starter on a 3 amps phone charger. A reciprocating engine military like  painted helicopter flew like 500 ft above the building about 10 minutes ago (SW to NE). Now the kids restarted yelling as i went to smoke.

9:50 I am very busy these days with a project. Today the people from the complex had a party across the alley. There was a HAPPY BIRTHDAY sign and balloons colored red and black. Angela went to the stores and i went to smoke and they were a bunch of kids and short adults passing by the open door in the back.

Then a "Mexican" came to with a bottle and was drinking looking at me. Then i felt a smell, but i thought it was by the front door. Change of patterns. I didn't go to search for it while they were partying. Mostly children yelling, very loud.

After Angela came and got darker the smell was unbearable so i went. At the SW bin there was again a blue open bag kinda hidden in the hanging slider (don't know the real name) outside the bin. Hard to pick, i tried with a stick then i went around the bin, squeezing really hard between the bin and the wire cage, then i threw it. Like always lately there was a guy in a car idling next to it. I went and searched for more at the other bins for a while and came back.

After i washed my hands once, i started to do the dishes. Trouble. When i was trying to rinse them, they were still slippery no matter how long or hard i tried. I threw the sponge, grabbed a new one, the same. Then i i used a towel and wiped my hands really hard and they the dishes became less sleepery but could never get whatever it was out of them.

10:27 The project i'm working on. I am on a deadline and cannot afford more time to play with the very complicated formulas of moon phase and distance. So an idea came to me which seems the unthinkable. To get them from Stellarium. Is very simple, i open a small Stellarium window next to my sheet, put in the date and then i get phase (illumination) and distance. However it's awkward. I  had to input the date as three fields +  hour, and then to get the two, round them in my mind, etc.

I was sure i made numerous mistakes and started over to correct them when this idea came to me. I cannot paste the date into Stellarium, but i can paste the Julian date. So i  had to invent a formula to convert date +  hour into Julian date which took me half day but now it's much easier and less prone to mistakes cause i copy the JD from my sheet, paste it into Stellarium so i cannot possibly put in wrong numbers and then i get the values. However because i don't use minutes, there is an error of up +/-0.2% for the phase cause the distance is less sensible with minutes.
