10 AM A few weeks ago i found an envelope from the mailbox above mine hanging (protruding) into mine through a crack by the little door but i don't believe could have gotten in there easily. Numbers are assigned randomly, not by apartment numbers.

Could have easily pulled it out. I think i wrote or commented about. About a week ago they gave us a notice they will replace the mailboxes. Today when i'm about to finish my project, they came to replace those.
