6:14 Went to the restroom, someone again flushed the toilet, probably at 4, like they always do. (Why?).  See what i mean when i say am being monitored 24/7? Went outside to the bins, a plane few very very low. If it's not a plane, it's a siren etc..

One trick i have not spoke about and one brown bag i haven't seen before. They knot the bag too low while the bag is dirty above the knot.

Did more pictures but they came blurred as i was so mad so i went back. Another Latina came and threw something in the bin right before (the other one got real close to me while i was taking a picture in the first set.

The SW bin (Nr.5) has too many items that are not in tight bags or no bags at all. Also, where i cleaned the other day after they broke a litter bag.  They came yesterday to power wash the areas around bins. The most "benefited" the bin across the alley, the closest. Half hour of 100 dB noise and vibration.  However the one seen below was done very briefly and they spread the hazardous waste across the alley where cars pass and raise it.

Another rain short rain, another stream with redwood dust in the middle of the alley. Again, the cars will raise the very irritant dust to the sky.
