Yesterday a new mole ridge appeared next to the concrete platform which is the balcony. I used one paper cup with cement and some water and mixed it the soil excavated by the moles and plugged the hole.
Today instead of the black SUV with a red on black crown they put in the spot next to ours or from wind's direction a yellow utility vehicle with gravel in the back and a shovel on top.
I can't think my poor Latino neighbors ar so organized. This is ninja behaviour.

Supermoles who dig through cement? So i grabbed some more to pour, but a "Latino" guy came and climbed the stairs exactly in those seconds, and he was downstream wind.
Most unusual, nobody else was outside during the half hour i have been there. Total silence. Every time i enter Wilke Rd and climb the hill entering the white neighborhood of Tualatin village (between Nyberg and Borland) where i see blonde German women walking on the street in a hurry and watching fearfully and proudly around them, there must be either a Hurley or other type of vehicle with stinking exhaust climbing that hill, living a trail behind for me to breath while climbing. Pretty much the same as in the first part of my walk when i climb on 65 towards Borland.
This time it was a 70s pickup, i usually am asleep at that our (also because of mole gas) and it takes me some time to pull the phone, but this time i had the phone in my hand from previous picture and i caught its tail.
