12:37 AM Finally my mind cleared (a little). It took me hours to do a project that given my experience by now should have taken under one hour. The reason and now i have proof is i have been living under it for years, was the influence from the smoke outside. Masked by an intentionally prolonged smoke emission fed by an insufficiently heated chimney, smoke turns into something else.
In the past i had mole/rat holes all around the building. I assume people were introducing burning cartridges sometimes for chasing moles, sometimes for getting me high, pretending like probably they did tonight, that i was doing myself to probably recruit some around here and sometimes with real mole chaser, to "punish" me. Either way, i was wasted most of the time.
Another one. My BG lowered by about 100 after cleaning the apartment (a little). Need less insulin however when i go under 200 i start getting low blood sugar symptoms. The doctor (Henri Tran) told me this was going to happen and i need to take it slow at beginning. Did not have this problem yet in more than two months of insulin because by BG rarely if ever went under 200. Now it's just above 200 most of the time and never above 300.
In the days before i vacuumed and washed the dust that was glued with grease vapor on surfaces from kitchen area, it went all the way to 400, with 40 units Lantus pen a day.
Under 200 i feel like i have not enough energy like tonight when i turned from my walk early or after about half mile (though i have to admit, it was a bit of climbing).

6:40 PM I have high acid level in my esophagus due to a weird smell. I bet it comes from the sofa left behind the N bin.
Earlier last week i was smoking in front of the building and saw again the curly short young man who was a kid playing in our view every day yelling for hours in the yard beyond the glass sliding door of our living room that was accompanying another guy who was parked at his spot. He was acting very mad and the other the guy was "trying to calm him down".
Then he went and took a van to that spot. I believe he was one of the four guy who where transporting @ January 17 two sofas at the no dumping place, laughing aggressively. He comes rarely here but when he does he comes out of the apartment E1.
Last few days it rained a bit and the sofa that is right now behind the bin caught mold that propagate inside, taking advantage of every bit of nutrients naturally present in carpet and upholstery making it really uncomfortable and unhealthy.
7:05 I went and checked and the sofa from behind the bin is gone. However there are other items like a cat's tree, a large piece of wet foam in the SW dumpsters etc. that stink really bad outside, like stall air.
BTW i saw something outside that trigger me to make a note here. BMW and Audi logos.
Also. I have a radio set up at very low volume on a local country station nowadays (i had enough of Z00) and every time i post something i hear Jelly Roll yelling "you are nothing but a liar!"

138 (5) "Nici o cheltuială bugetară nu poate fi aprobată fără stabilirea sursei de finanţare".
Un corolar ar fi. Nu poate exista nici o finanțare fără a se cunoaște cheltuiala (pe ce se duc banii). Cu alte cuvinte, nu putem da bani la discreția miniștrilor fără a cunoaște intențiile cheltuielilor. Capite?
