8:40 AM I am experiencing what i called in the past a day after driving high because of again breathing exhaust gas for 360 miles or about 6 hours of driving. I remember i was telling Angela. Even with the old 96 Nissan which was always leaking oil at the cover gasket, i was still able to smell the smell of the ocean when driving on 101.

As i said above, i had a defective valve cover, but from what i am seeing now, that alone should not have been caused a leak. There was (must have been) a second defect at the gromet sealing the same well. Though i saw a leak at the gromet next to it. 

After several trials with different covers and gaskets i put in a new part i bought from Amazon that proved ok, with a felpro gasket, however i did not replace the gromets (four black rings) they were on the new part with the ones that came with the felpro gasket because it seemed difficult though it wasn't, i thought i did not have problems with those. That defect was actually a distraction.

And that's where it's leaking right now and that does not depend on how i torque the cover's bolts, they stay there and seal with the help of the pressure inside which is pulsating though. But the leak did not start right away after i put those things in. It started about a year when i started to notice missing oil.

In other words, i never fixed the issue.

The leak is blow by gas from the engine which contains raw, unfiltered or not converted by the catalytic exhaust, with much carbon monoxide and also unburnt fuel and oil vapor and droplets and is not visible because the gromets are visually covered by the ignition coils. and is not big enough to pass those as liquid. The oil gathered around the well goes down back in the engine after the end of each drive.

They do it because of their physiological need and obsession to gas people (the humorous part) but it has a practical purpose as well. When i get somewhere, i am dizzy and they can do their scripted scenes around me better. But lately i was just staying in the room or in the car, incapable of going on the casino floors.

I would have to say this design with overhead cams and spark plugs deeply buried inside engine's head passing though the valve cover is inherently risky, possibly exposing people to exhaust fumes if anything goes wrong. It all depends of 4 stupid pieces of rubber.

In Romanian press appeared a bizarre news about a "Russian spy" that was taking pictures in Romania and also "sabotaging" though they were not specifying what exactly what matching on keywords and concepts my last night's mishap with the pictures disappearing from the phone (that was not in network or wi-fi or bluetooth) and the possible sabotage of my car again after i replaced the defective cover.

822 Just tried and took some pictures of the old cover (which i kept). The pictures again disappeared. I got 51 Gigs used out of 64 on my phone. I really do not wish to reset it. I would prefer to buy another one from Walmart for 50 bucks like this one and swap the SIM card.

Anyways after i took apart those gromets i looked and saw there is a design and fabricati RTV stay if there is nothing to hold the gromet but the pressure and its shape in the grove?

All i can do is try since i have no option to replace the car.on problem that is probably not unique to my car. The sealing is done by crankcase pressure alone and by the fitting of the gromet in a groove inside the cover. The material is too hard and does not "hug" the space it seals. 

I think i could improve it a bit by squeezing some RTV in there, but not around the well. And will the

Wait a minute. An idea jus came to me. Why not try and fill the visible gap that now is soaked with oil with RTV without even taking the cover apart which would save me lots of time?

10:10 Ok i found a work around the phone problem and saved the pictures on the PC. You can see the original cover with the machined part. After i removed the gromet today for the first time i saw i had wax under it. Not under first two on the left though there is oil in there. From the waxy synthetic oil that i don't use anymore because it solidifies inside the catch can. The part that was wiped out accelerated the process. But it is proof those gromets leak.

BTW i removed the poops about half hour ago. Now when i took the pictures outside i saw it smells again. One Asian little guy came but picked while i was posted above. 10:52 Felt very nauseated, like about to fain. There was also this mold smell in the air. I found an open can with some drink left on it, other weird items next to bush, a paper cup and a branch on top of it. Foud again an unkotted poop bag next to dumpster. The nausea subsided but i don't know for how long. I forgot the back door unlocked.

11:11 Amazon gave me free delivery today on the RTV. I heard a noise at the door like someone threw something on the deck and thought it was them. After about 30 seconds until i finished the paragraph i was working at i went to check only to see a guy passing on the alley.

5:22 PM Angela wanted me to cook the traditional borș (with beets). She dug for ingredients and found a bag with again one completely rotten potato. The reason i was so sick this morning. When i did it last time last week (the borș) i looked particularly for old bags and looked at each and every potato in the one she just bought, used half and i bagged the rest.

But it could be all a cover for those poops with diarrhea. I also found this morning a poop with mold on right in front of the back toor. BTW it has become challenging to find them because of so many mole mounds in there.

I was looking to buy a new (cheap) phone from the Motorola series at Walmart and i say they have a moto g play 2026 but the rear camera has been downgraded from 50 quad pixels for 2024 (mine) and 2025 which basically is 12.5 optical pixels (each quad pixel is made of 4 pixels for low noise and higher sensitive) to 32 quad which means 8 optical on the same size senzor, for better sensitivity in low light and was hesitating.

But i fell asleep after Angela cleaned in there and i put an UV lamp in that cabinet and the phone alarm (for insulin shot) set at 10 AM rang and then i knew why my phone deletes photos. It does not delete them but when they are sorted they go to the year 2023 or the year the phone thought it was right now.

Yesterday at Spirit Mountain i sat on it outside to smoke and i heard the phone restarting and since it's off network all the time, it did not catch the current hour and date.

As for why it blurs critical pictures, like that F350 in Florence which cut in my way or the ones yesterday with the guy who almost hit me from behind if i did not accelerate in Depot Bay i think, i have no idea.

I started the phone and tossed it on a chair and went in the other corner in the room but when i came to take it, it got locked, i had to draw that security thing with my finger, it took me a few seconds and now i feel the pain in my hand, ears and the wound at my left foot which is getting better by the day. Now in my face and belly.

8:00 PM Finally got back here and uploaded the pics from the phone in the PC and now on the blog. I lost best moment of the day to do so also because of the ice-cream van. But i believe one can guess there is oil on the visible part of the gromet on the last cylinder on right, but why do i remember there was some on the one next to it too.

Also figured that gas might have escaped by that bolt that holds the middle of the gasket to the engine head. Thee are two of them and i could torque them a little, both, to about the same torque i put on all the bolts around the gasket. Tomorrow when i get those bent tip dentist irrigating syringes i will squeeze some RTIV in those gaps where now it oil. Isn't one of the main ninja strategies, to exploit enemies' gaps?
