9:05 AM after i have been gone for 4 days went and picked what i missed last night, some fresh ones, totaling @8 pounds or up to 40 poops. But when i was away i was not s...t free. At 7 feathers i could beat the stink in the bathroom with UV.

At Three Rivers they gave us a room with broken toilet seat (missing caulking, like it has been removed) that was also moving when sitting on, obviously breaking the seal (possibly wax ring) every time. It was only the second day i figured it out and put some tape around the base of the seat (room 217).

While i was picking those they started to divert flights to PDX in this area.

2:45 PM I drove Angela to Orthopedic and Fractures Specialists on Barnes Rd. She was scheduled for a procedure called X-ray guided steroid injection in her spine meant to fix a dix bulge. However they did not do the procedure because her BP was too high.

Usually when she gets from work she measures these days high 150s / lows 80s. Today she was over 200 / over 100. About a month ago she underwent a similar procedure for a bursitis, only ultrasound guided and they did not take her BP.

That is because she shared the environment with me 24/7 within last  week or so.

Besides dog poops which raise my BP, there are other pollutants like insulation dust, noises, etc.. Last night when i got home i coughed for hours.

Last summer, after torturing me with noise for several months, when they finished they left cracks in the wall opposed to where we're at. I believe that wall, like the one next to our bedroom window was ok, siding was done several years ago, there was a hole in the wall in a low position, but "rebuilt" the whole wall, this time leaving major cracks.

When exposed to that dust my face and hands also get swollen. I usually go in there to pick the poops and in that very moment, they either start a big exhaust vehicle, or even divert noisy planes over the area, like this morning.

The idea is they (Catholics, Dominicans, satanists, ninja) want to raise my BP through known (to them) means so maybe i will have a stroke, maybe brain surgery, to fulfill what they believe is the Bible prophecy. Though i don't understand about satanists, they should not want the apocalypse to come over them.

I went about a month ago with a short ladder and climbed with the risk of falling and filled one big gap with silicon under that horizontal plank but did not see the other (vertical) one on the right side.

After they staged the scene with the midget who was living there and me losing that phone, the midget moved out and ever since they are working at that apartment. Every time they hit something in there more dust is falling through that missed crack.

Today they came to change the carpet in there. I was too tired though and fell asleep but i remember hearing the hammering, just before. Angela had the bad idea to drink a (real) coffee and that topped it and because of it she missed the procedure.

I am surprised though they did not check her blood pressure in the day of consultation and scheduling. Her BP, about 15 minutes after we got here was 178/84 is, dropping from over 200/100 in the first minutes. At the clinic today they did the same, took it several times, but did not drop. I suspect manipulation with noises. They were slammed doors in there all the time.

3:03 We have a fruit basket next to our couch. Every month or so Angela finds a (half) rotten orange in there. It was part of the smell that hit me when i got home yesterday. Alternately, we find a half rotten potato in the cabinet.

3:13 They just got here upstairs. Would never understand their schedule. Angela says there is no car in their spot.

4:10 After coffee wearing out, one drink, Angela's BP now is 152/78.

5:15 Checked mine after i relaxed here reading the news. 156/91 though i was too over 200 when we got home. But i'm sure it can go lower cause Angela got me mad excited when she told me to cook the chicken and do mashed potatoes.

5:43 This is 4 ft away from were she sleeps, 8 from where i sleep. It's coming from the floor, but have not seen that in other years. Must have gotten worse in the basement. Today she had this idea and pulled the clothes from there. Upstairs they did laundry yesterday and today. The fiberboard layer of the floor (on top of the planks seen in pictures has bulged in several places.

11:25 Done it. Had a couple of drinks for courage. Covered about 80% of that crack. Did not have the courage to climb on the last rung (top) of the ladder, also because my foot did not have enough room (too close to wall).

There is a small guy with a huge newer truck (lots of the good working people around here have them) who always come and park there when i go for poops, no matter what hour. Like he knows. Like he stands somewhere around a corner and just shows. I looked at his LPN and then i saw he doesn't have one in the rear. Several planes passed, making a huge roar.
