9:42 AM Slept 4:30 to 9. I promised myself i would write this down as i get home. Though is hard cause there is some mold smell in the air i should have dealt with first.

It is known that your organism fights infections also by raising body temperature. However trying to find explanations i realized in what mess is the science about body metabolism.

I always believed mammals' body temperature has adjusted through evolution to the current value for reason of fighting bacteria. There must be some link with key enzymatic activities within those. 98.6 (37 Celsius) or whatever could be a threshold above which it is harder for them to survive. Proof to that is your body temperature raises when needed to fight infections.

During anaerobic metabolism your body uses less oxygen and that may lead to lowering temperature by lowering burning of sugar inside your cells.

Anaerobic metabolism can be triggered by decreasing oxygen availability by a semi-conscious process combined with narrowing of air passages (nasal inflammation). How is that semi-conscious? Part if is you refuse to breath on your mouth when your nose is congested due to frustration caused by stress around you combined with environmental issues like mold and smoke.

Anaerobic metabolism is a short term response to stress but if the stress becomes permanent, so the anaerobic. This may lead to permanently decreasing of your body temperature allowing certain infections to develop that may affect small blood vessels which in turn may affect your peripheral nervous system.

Why this process is happening at the periphery of  your body. Because those areas are more exposed to environmental temperature which usually is lower than our bodies'.

I noticed if i miss a dose of insulin the pains in extremities re-start as they get cold again. So it is not narrowing by means of plaque or whatever permanent damage they think it is because that should be more permanent.

I also noticed every time i take insulin my body heats up and again they seem not to be onto it or they just started to figure it out. It must be during anaerobic metabolism insulin production in pancreas is lowered or insulin gets inhibited by stress hormones.

As soon as you inject insulin, the aerobic metabolism and your body's temperature increases. I also noticed immediately an increase of breathing rate which is needed to get more oxygen to burn more sugar into your cells that usually goes within an hour or so after all the extra fuel got burned in your cell or blood sugar level went down significantly.

There is also a feel well sensation that comes after a few doses. Could be related to presence of insulin which is an antagonist of adrenaline and cortisol of lowering of pains in extremities.

I think those stress hormones are released to trigger the anaerobic metabolism when our cells are starving of oxygen. Now i remember what they say about dealing with anger and anxiety. Breath! But it all could be a semi-conscious process to get us more alert in the face of danger by increasing adrenaline.

Everybody knows diabetes damages the tiny blood vessels in our bodies. However i am not sure if they know the mechanism. Insulin pain decrease would not happen so quickly, after a few dosages (if the damage was permanent). Like if you miss a dose and start having pain again.

What i think it happens is the pain comes from inflammation due to bacterial infection of your blood vessels and generally in extremities due to lower temperature due to decreased aerobic metabolism and accumulated damage to those tissues due to long time bacterial infections.

Because i noticed the same effect of heating up and picking metabolism and lowering of the pain after taking... antibiotics. But that heat could be due to increasing inflammation because of your body need to eliminate dead bacteria from infected areas.

Microwave radiation and all kinda of other radiations also affects tiny capillaries also because they are more exposed to it.

So it is a combined effect.

In the last 9 years i have been exposed a lot to wi-fi and cell phone radiation.

After that i avoided for a long time exposure to cell phones and wi-fi because it increases my diabetes related pain.

I can confirm again is all true because two days ago i had again to spend some time near a working cell phone.

With the microwave meter next to it, i was seeing levels of up to 1000 mW though to me the pain is triggered at above 1 mW. It was intense. Started to have pains right away but had no choice but to continue the setting up of my new phone while on chat with customer reps (the site crashed with a message... try again later).

I got to the point i feel it within minutes or seconds. But then the next day i felt pain deeper, in areas where i used to keep my laptop in the past (thighs), hands, etc..

It was a combination (or conspiracy?) between Barclay financial services and T-mobile. For some reason Barkley did not pay the (5 dollars a month!) auto pay set with T-mobile and T-mobile refused to accept a payment manually or by phone. In the end it shut both our online accounts and service and refused to answer to phone calls.

Angela tried an open another account with T-mobile about 2 weeks ago, opened an online account first, paid 10 dollars, phone worked for a few days with keeping the old number but that payment, done with a different bank did not go through and the account was shut down (deleted) and the service stopped.

A couple of days ago i bought two sim cards for Tracfone and i tried to start service with our old phones. i bought a few years ago on Amazon. Unlocked Moto e7i.

But they were bought a couple of months apart and Angela's had this weird thing, like two IMEI numbers thought here was only one physical slot for one SIM card. And i did not know the phones where not made for US, which limited the possible providers to T-mobile and that on a restricted part of their network.

The most damaging part of exposure to radiation is damaging of the peripheral capillaries as well and the exposure is cumulative because those cannot be easily fixed or replaced by your body. Cells die and can be replaced by stem cells from other areas less exposed but capillaries like larger blood vessels are usually for life.

So it is a combined action and i believe the level of damage can be assessed through a biopsy and am positive that if i had one done like yesterday, that would not have looked very good and probably would confirm the recent exposure with phone and service setting.

And now i get to why i started this thread.

Yesterday we wanted to get away and that is due mostly to frustration because we cannot deal with the problem with the person upstairs. There was a bit of sun when we left after 2 PM as the satellite image predicted, which should have lasted through the day however it soon got darker and darker and by the time we reached exit 88 on I5 which leads to the highway towards the coast it was completely dark and raining.

The warning light for my left rear tire pressure went finally off after i put some air in it at Ilani as we passed by, and my pump broke while doing that (an arching broken solder joint inside the plug). Two days ago the low tire pressure warning light came on and the pressure for that tire was 26 psi.

At this car (Elantra 2018) for the warning light to go off you have to have at least 35 psi reading from the sensor whip i put on and the pressure remained unchanged for the next 200 miles i drove last night (i released a bit of air at Lucky Eagle cause now it was too high compared to left and my preferences).

I did not want to write about until the situation until i fix it and drive a number of miles, was afraid they could permanently break it (which i still am). I had many flats throughout the years at the right rear because it is the farthest to our door and most accessible. I would try to explain Angela last night this could not have happened without intervention of intelligent beings but she did not agree with me.

Also the apparition in the spot upstairs of a 2013 Elantra which is similar to the one we had before the accident in 2021 though is black and has four doors. A warning?

I had the warning lamp for the gas tank on and i had to go and by some gas. Pulled at Sinclair station (sill Shell on google maps) on the right after we turned left on 12. The station was pretty busy but i found a pump at the other end on the left row as in google maps link, nearest to a double cistern that was filling the underground tanks beyond the pumps.

Got out, tapped the card, started to pump when i heard a woman yelling at the pump closest in the middle row. When i looked, i say she was looking at me and yelling desperately "i can see you!" several times.

I did not realize what was happening, i was a bit dizzy with the drive and mostly because people were driving behind me with hig beams on and i was very stressed by that drive and needed a moment of relaxation which never came. It was obviously getting on my nerves and i almost forgot to put the cap on the gas tank when i was done. Got 11.8 gallons and left, following Angela's instruction on how to get out of there.

But at then the entrance of the station there was this huge towing truck that was flashing all kinda red and white lights trying to pick a vehicle and was masking the entrance and exactly when i went around it a pickup or something came from behind it and got almost hit by it.

Finally left the scene and Angela told me what happened (as i could not see being too busy with the pump and dizzy (tired) from the drive).

That woman was backing up to get to the last pump on the row and apparently did not know how and some guy was directing here and she was going back and forth parallel with the pump looking at the man, getting off the truck, and yelling "i can see you" and then back in the truck, trying to align it with the pump.

If that was real, it was the most stupid scene i saw in many years. But why was she looking at me when she was yelling at him, making it look like i was doing something wrong and she saw me?

But is a kind of deja vu. Many times around holidays all kinda similar weird scenes happen wherever i go.

This adds up to the scene at the circle K station near the casino in Lincoln City, when the pump was broken and i spilled some gasoline on the ground.

Many other things happened in the casinos (we went to three of them, lost 400 bucks) but a Little Creek Angela almost sat next to a guy that looked like him. It was around midnight Sunday night or 10 AM Monday in Romania.

At Lucky Eagle when we went first i drank cold beer at the "Sports bar" and my jaw infection restarted and on my way back around 2 AM i started to get all numb and stiff.

I would assume i still have some pockets of clostridium infection in the jaw around where pulled my last three teeth about 2 months ago and i also missed my insulin dose last night and my body temperature got lower allowing again infection to thrive in other parts of my body, especially those damaged throughout the years and most recently two days ago by cell phone radiation.

Which indicates i still have pockets of infection within the bone of the jaw. I believe if i did not take those antibiotics while i was driving, i would have ended in a hospital or maybe dead cause i was in the middle of the nowhere on I5, many miles away from any hospital.

12:35 Here is an example that illustrates very well what i said above. Woke up and took my blood sugar and it was 280 and did 5 units and that was three hours ago.

I know what they are saying, these are supposed to last for 24 hours, being injected the fat of under the skin, but i feel the effect immediately (heat, shortening of breath), though they are not lowering blood sugar immediately and that's why i believe lowering blood sugar after injecting insulin is due to accelerating (aerobic) metabolism first and then cells start to pull more sugar from blood.

Stress and frustration because of she upstairs before she left, stress from writing here (holding breath) and frustration when remembering the experiences last night made my blood sugar go a bit up instead of going down. Just did another 5 units and ate something, now finally trying to relax.

9:37 AM there is blue bag with dog waste in a tree above the SW bin. I built a pole out of some long L shape cardboard pieces and went to take it down however there is a maintenance cart righ next to i. I will try later.

Yesterday afternoon we went to Walmart and bought 2 sim card kits and a Tracfone plan worth 15 dollars a month. Each kit had two sim cards, one for Verizon network and one for T-mobile. I put the one for T-mobile and then the trouble began. I could not set it by myself because i had an old account with Tracfone and did not have the password.

Then i got to chat to a person who was not really onto the problem, spending like two hours. I made it work but only voice. Have no data and i don't see LTE next to 4G on top. The signal goes on and off and turns from 4G to E (emegency calls only and back.

I had service with T-mobile in this area until now (Hello mobile) and had no signal problems.

After being on the phone with Tracfone with big problems talking to a Japanese woman with an accent this morning and getting interrupted while she was trying to get me to add an APN manually, i did set the APN manually however there is no change since the signal goes on and off all the time. How may hours i spent thanks to Hello mobile which refeused payemnt and the completely locked me out of my account?

10:35 PM It's been one hell of a day actuall starting Friday at 4 PM. For about 28 hours minus 8 sleeping i've been setting up phones, talking to customer reps, chatting etc.. No matter what i tried, could not make the old phone work on Tracfone network. So i ended up buying a new phone. Moto G play 24 model, for 50 bucks. 110 unlocked at Target.

Can't believe it's got a 50 megs camera, 64 gigs but most important, it works. But even with that one i had troubles cause the site won't let me do it myself (try again later message). So i got to chat with a couple of people more, for about 2 more hours. Got exposed to lots of microwaves though i kept them on airplane mode most times.

And yes, i removed the partridge from the pear tree.

Same with Angela though she payed 10 bucks for a new plan about a week ago.

Just tried and call the customer service number on their page and i get an error message like this number... your area... something.

9:45 She left. There are times when i can hear or even see her climbing down the stairs by my kitchen window. 9:10 Angela told me she saw in the news they were winds up to 80 mph yesterday at the coast. Must have driven through as i went about 100 miles on the coast from Florence to Lincoln City. All i can say it was raining so much and there was so much wind water was running at highs speed on the asphalt, like a river.

When we got on TV highway there was this puddle that must have been feet deep on the right side of the road. My luck was an SUV ahead that went through it and i saw it. And a "warning" smaller branch in front of a tree which i did not see early enough in the "mountains".

10:26 The cigarettes i bought yesterday at the same gas station where the pumps were broken last time taste differently from the ones i bough last time. Could they have been contaminated with cannabis.

The whole commotion with door slammings and heavy stompin upstaris this evening put me into partial anaerobic though she went quiet after. I am now at the full 20 units daily broken in two and before the 10 units evening dose my blood sugar was 400. It is true i ate lots of carbs in the afternoon and sweet blueberries and cheese cake before the test.

La supercomputere ca IBM Watson cu peste o mie de procesoare viteza este de ordinul tera (tflops). Kilo înseamnă mii, mega = mii de kilo, urmează giga, tera etc.10 la puterea 12 operațiuni pe secundă.
De asemenea creierul muzicienilor care s-au antrenat toată viața procesează enorm de multe informații (muzicale) în unitatea de timp, etc..

La șah însă, creierul a început să piardă în fața supercomputerelor care au viteze de ordinul tera flops. Cât de eronat este articolul din link? de 10 la puterea 12 ori eronat!

Vestea cea bună este că creierul se poate antrena (învăța) însă aceasta nu poate fi separat de biosul nostru, fiind nevoie în primul rând de motivație (care este întotdeauna de ordin emoțional), care ne poate face să trecem peste senzația de durere fără de care nu se pot crea memorii, iniția procese noi sau chiar rețele neuronale noi sau extinde cele existente iar antrenamentul (remodelarea) se face doar pe specialități.

Un bun muzician în general nu poate fi automat un bun șahist, etc. însă în România toată lumea se pricepe la fotbal și la politică.

5:50 PM  Earlier i wanted to go out, but then i changed my mind (became lazy). After we ate i went outside in the back to smoke. At Apt.4 (where Princess Mako lives) they were garlands with led lights i was staring at, thinking, and then something moved within and i saw the White Dog (a bull terrier i think) staring back at me.

Then i saw the two big mats in the no dumping place. Which means it rains and it's weekend. So yes, i'm outta here. One hour driving to Spirit Mountain, to listen to Sabrina and Chappelle and Pope Malone in the car in the dark in the rain.

11:05 They were a few incidents on the road on my way there. First, there was a fog on the windshield that disappeared when i got home. There was a Police car speeding coming from the opposite in a 4 lane area and i almost hit an SUV in my blind spot when trying to pull right. At the end of the two lane area in Grande Ronde some guy was trying to pass me speeding when my lane ended.

On my way back. People slowing suddenly with no reason.

But inside the casino. Never saw a bunch of more angry people like tonight. Walking towards me, having to get out of their way. Filling the space with their presence. Getting in front of me at the line of the soda machine, like several. Acting dumb with rude apparently random gestures all around or everywhere i looked. Showing frustration from loosing of course. Casino was less than half occupied.

I noticed this morning they were bubbles in the syringe part in the pen with insulin. But they were more bubbles when i got back, like ten of them, growing. So i just put that pen aside that was used about 1/3 and started a new one.

When i got  home outside there was what in the past i thought was smoke but is actually mold from those mats. We were both mad. Caught it from the people in there i guess. We yelled at each other a couple of times. Then Sophia started to hit the floor.

1:50 AM Heavy objects moved and heavy steps upstairs. Mainly stopped right after i hit enter the first time.

1:05 PM Just because i said yesterday about Ignatius which may actually come in Romanian winter celebrations traditions from Eastern Orthodox Church St.Ignatius and not from Sol Invictus.

Yesterday we tried to escape from the tumult upstairs and we fled to Chinook Winds. On our way there, i noticed a number of crazies on the road, some with LPN like PIG or PINK versions like PYG or PNK something.

At Lincoln City i first went to get gas at Circle K station near the casino @4 PM. There, the pump was very slow, it took forever to fill the tank. I started to get worried, went and tried to squeeze the handle to see if it goes faster but it didn't. Got inside the car and when i saw at the pump 11.8 gallons, i thought i felt some gas smell. Ran outside and the gas was pouring out of the tank onto the wet pavement (was raining).

I stopped pumping and went inside and a guy came and told me all pumps are slow like that in that day but he didn't finish the phrase so i did not hear the reason, cause i was mad and interrupted him telling that because the pump is so slow it does not trigger the release of the handle by the shockwave of the gas backflowing when tank is full as it should and he told me "thank you".

A the pump on the other side an "Arian" voice could not stop laughing.

I think those guys are reckless and should have their permit or authorization revoked.

I left the pump driving in the opposite direction or outside town to dry my car. When i passed a golf course on the left, i saw a flock of elk grazing there. Then i turned around and went to Grocery Outlet.

Then we went to Road's End an a number of people started to squeeze as, parking real close, backing up with visible exhaust smoke in front of us while we were eating, things like that.

I do not know the exact reason i got sick but i know i had daydreams while driving there, which indicate i was again exposed to dog s...t and every time i get in that casino i get hit by the smell of recirculated air which is probably contaminated with sewage from a clogged sewer behind the casino. But hey, Angela  had 40 bucks free play in there.

BTW i am still sick to the stomach since yesterday as i feel that sweet sewage smell in my nose.

1:38 PM. It was quiet today. An exhaust just passed.

2:50 It was an iterative process but i think i nailed it. Then, after about almost 8 hours of continous work, i wanted to relax. It was then when she started. Then after about 15 minutes of obstinate work she left but soon after she came back after i made one finally modification to the text. She steps on my heart beat.

Soon i started to have chest discomfort. I went outside for a cigarette, the small, submissive people chit chatting all around. A car alarm went off when i cursed in my mind the White God.

3:00 Yep. It was her and the guy with white hair and goatee was Musk that day when i also was very sick and went and bought windshield wipers from NAPA, though a bit older. She measured my old wiper and it was 19 and she said 20 and then she got me 19 from the shelf to prove i can't read and then she gave me a price reduction.

He was disguised exactly like the guy in the video but his hair and goatee were white.

3:26 It all went silent (with brief interruptions, to maintain presence) as the whole damn AI on this planet is rebooting getting ready to start a bunch of new threads of lies.

3:52 Is insulin addictive? Last nigh i came late at home and i found the sign on the door moved and did not take my dose. In the morning i felt like something was terribly missing. I started again with 3 units first, fearful and then i felt "the rush" for about half  hour and discomfort for half hour more. I took 4 more units to make 7 again (for half day). I felt pain in my legs and arms. Then i started to feel better again (like yesterday).

BTW at Chinook Winds last night. Parking lot was about 1/3 occupied. Inside they gave us free tickets (55 dollars each) for the show with Under the Street Lamp. 4 guys singing old Beach Boys and Drifters songs in the bingo and showroom where the air was stall. At the base was Trevor Horn and i was so sick felt like i was about to pass out. Went in the car, got an antibiotic as i was going numb.

9:48 It was so nice and quiet and an exhaust started. The reason i choose to leave in weekends. Now i toned a bit. On the radio, Z100 (Portland, we hear K-pop music).

8:50 AM I can't tell how frustrated i am. I was feeling ok when i woke up. It has been one hell of a week, with Angela working 10 hours starting at 5 and me being stepped upon for hours each day while trying to consolidate my theory and my jaw infection (clostridium) was spreading numbness and stiffens in my whole body and lately, intense pain. Pain in my esophagus from antibiotics.

I was feeling every day my gum was getting better but i still have ways to go until i'm done. But yes, today i woke up with less pain and stiffness and hangover for drinking, because i have a feeling of accomplishment.

So they started while i was doing my injection. For about 5 minutes a very loud exhaust from a senseless revving. Cause i don't see any reason a normal being would rev like this. I mean, you get in the car,  backup or move forward and leave. Why revving like this with a modified car for 5 minutes?

I already feel better after venting it here. Still asking myself. Why are they doing this?

11:55 After refusing to accept payement for Angela'a account about two weeks ago they did the same to mine. I checked and i had three cards on file with one as set as main, different than Angela's, now they are gone and i can't pay manually. Hello Mobile is T-mobile which is Deutsche Telekon, where pink is the new white.

Angela's account finally disconnected and she purchased a different plan that works though she did not receive the sim card they told they sent to her. Wondering for how long. Never an email confirmation. She has tried today to chat on her account page and the chat button is blocked like on mine. (now a very loud noise like an object hitting the floor upstairs). She tried the customer service number, wouldn't work. She tried and call 611 and after a few minutes of advertisement's she got disconnected.

There are several other low cost providers like Mint Mobile which is also T-mobile, where green is the new white. Boost Mobile which i had before and also had trouble with. Sprint Telecom does not exist anymore. I don't know what to do to have a working phone which i keep off in my pocket anyways. For emergencies only.

For all other calls i use a google phone on the PC.

5:22 AM I've been watching funny videos this early morning... Are you afraid of escalators?

10:25 No she did not "go to work" today. Instead, she's here, tormenting me with every thought...

11:30 If you zoom in this image you would see a green bag right in the middle of it. In that day when i posted it,  went to throw it and i saw it was actually half bag, with of course nothing on it. I did not bother to do one trip to the bin to throw it so i just left it there. In the meantime they picked the leaves, so if i was more thoughtful i would have realized it could not be there anymore when i saw it in the last few days.

About 10 minutes ago after i done the dishes, one load of laundry, cleaned the microwave, did some posting, ate a couple of times, went in the back to smoke. As i always do when i smoke, i saw a double poop right in front of my eyes (my lower brain i guess looks for the source of smoke). O could not smoke much after, being engrossed. Two days ago i was feeling better but yesterday i thought i was going to die.

And today also. Nausea, dizziness. So i went back inside, grabbed a bag, went to pick those. But then i had a hunch. What if... So i went further and that piece of bag now magically turned into a bag full of it, with loose knot. So i picked them both, a dirty wet kid's sock and went with all three at the garbage.

I heard a big noise above. One guy from the upper level (3 or 4) next entrance started to go down the stairs with a sack of garbage, going to the same bin. Then the noise turned louder and louder and i saw a small military (dark green) colored helicopter with i think a rockets pod (or a heavy machine gun) attached, flying just above the trees.

I expect to get better soon, i'm going for another cigarette cause that one was a waste of time. I saw in the spot for upstairs a dark blue Hyundai, maybe newer than ours. And they're again shooting at the range.

11:42 Upstairs now i hear small, measured steps, the kind a Geisha would do.

12:10 PM I believe the guy with the garbage sack was him and he was coming from Apt.4 where i always suspected she "was living" for many years. Could be the one who's tormenting me from upstairs. She was gone for at least a month and came back a few days ago. She sits in the balcony and speaks in Spanish in her phone for hours. Police and everybody are powerless against such high profile foreigners.

12:32 She upstairs left when i posted the paragraph above and now the place is surrounded with chocking smoke.

12:47 The smoke is gone, she's back upstairs.

4:20 I remember when we moved in here in 2015 they were constantly a bunch of kids playing in the backyard. There was a particular one, with glasses, Angela said she was "the conductor". Cause the kids where moving, yelling like commanded by her.

Years have passed, she left, other came, several "generations". But there are one or two of them who show from time to time. Fat, curly, he could be several versions by several actors. Today i saw two guys, one must have been him when Angela came and i opened the door. Pizza was in the oven smelling and they passed, chin high, fat with big bums, dressed in black, laughing like "ignoring me" and i got mad at the whole situation.

9:25  AM I'm awake for more than an hour now waiting for her to leave so i can eat but she just won't, she always adjusts her schedule according to mine though she toned down a little or something changed in the last days. Yesterday she left at 9 or when opened the door to leave myself.

Ok now that i mentioned she just started the car, after i heard her peeing in the bathroom for about 30 seconds.

Yay! I'm home alone! But already pissed... Literally...

1:50 PM Dap. Care vine sigur de la dinți. Cu coroane scumpe de porțelan puse peste carii și dinți morți cu gutapercă în ei. Și vase și rufe nespălate. Mama și tata majorității bolilor inclusiv a cheliei ;).

5:40 In some representations of the Eye of Horus there are some weird lines under the "eyebrow". Today i was looking for representations of strings and rand into a similar image. (Is anybody ever reading these things? cause i'm kinda getting bored with opening all kinda hypothesis all for myself that take me nowhere).

7:08 Was trying to write a phrase on the other blog, they started an exhaust as strong as a train locomotive that sounded for minutes and of course it stopped before i could finish this phrase. Now they throw some very heavy object in the bed of a truck or in the empty garbage bin. Yeah i looked and he was near the bin and he left. I think he dumped some stuff in our bin.

There is no light near that bin or the mailboxes near it so i could not tell brand, year model or LPB, but i think it was green.

9:25 After exactly 12 hours since she left she again caught me when i'm eating.

9:15 AM Puteți să vă imaginați? E atât de descurajant. Parcă cineva îmi urmărește firul gândurilor și izbește podeaua sau ușa la o mașină când vor să renunț la o idee. Bine acum știu și nu mai renunț și ei insistă și totul devine aproape dureros.

A început marșul sus dar azi după ce mi-am făcut injecția cu insulină, (a început să-mi placă, mă simt parcă am întinerit 20 de ani, deși glicemia încă nu mi-a scăzut la nivelul țintă, dar mi-a crescut metabolismul, mă încălzesc la picioare, sunt plin de energie (had no idea you could squeeze the old lime like this!), dar de aia calmă, de insulină, nu de adrenalină), merg pe afară, am treabă, pun aer la cauciucri la camionetă, merg la supermarket așa că nu mai prind bubuielile.

1:12 One of their favorite things is trying to prove i can't even read. Today at WinCo they made me really nervous, with hundreds of actors and extras moving very close around me (yes like the electrons above). At the stand, there was this guy who looked like a skinny old veteran with a white goatee with a hat on his head who literally squeezed behind me when i paid which made me very nervous.

When i was putting things back in my cart (i keep the bags in the car usually for clarity) he was bagging right in front of me and i tried to read what was written on that hat however it was small brown letters on brown hat or something and he was moving his head around too fast and i could not read a thing and then i stopped staring.

2:45 AM An exhaust started about 10 minutes ago. It stopped after i posted the first phrase.

However it wasn't. Today i found out who is the woman whose face has been replaced with that of Diana. Could be one version of the women upstairs, cause i saw many.

V-ați întrebat vreodată de ce toți politicienii când ies din secția de votare nu spun cu cine au votat ci doar pentru ce? Fiindcă votul este secret, ar încălca legea penală.

Că în România post Iohannis amenzile se dau de către poliție, după îndelungi deliberări și nu de un judecător deși e vorba de o faptă penală.

Că Șoșoaca e româncă și are copii. Toți actorii unguri trimiși la noi sunt de origine română și vorbesc românește de acasă (minoritatea română nedeclarată din Ungaria).

Dar de ce era ea în București dacă Parlamentul UE este în sesiune? Ok poate face naveta. Le face mâncare la copii pentru câteva zile, își pune pachet, pleacă duminică seara, vine joi înapoi. Nu prea are sens fiindcă mâncarea la noi are același preț ca cea din Europa de vest.

9:27 PM There was (still is) this big exhaust noise outside. I opened the window to record it and there was a guy outside not far in the alley ("unrelated").

12:05 AM Got awakened by the washer/drier upstairs.

3:30 PM Yesterday they hit the walls at the closest apartment next building all day. I was really sick and exhausted in the evening so we stayed home. I slept about 4 hours and got awakened by the washer/dryer upstairs. One hour in the morning between 8 and 11 i guess was she upstairs. But she left unexpectedly with another car, like yesterday. 

Today in the morning they were shooting at a range in the distance. Now that we are ready to eat they are hitting something in the garages facing the living glass door.

I took 5 units of insulin @11 for the first time ever. The immediate effect was i heated up. Exactly like when taking antibiotics. All the painful areas were now hot and a bit painful. Breath rhythm increased a bit following increasing of metabolism, i guess, which means i was low on insulin. Maybe. Lower temperatures in some areas favor bacterial growth, hence the pain.

BS dropped like 100, from 350 to 250. Feeling more energetic but also... sleepless. 

4:50 Those working with power tools and hammering at the garage have stopped, she left, i was thinking maybe i should go get some sleep but she came back with vengeance. She is juggling two cars nowadays, a green Honda Element and a blue Nissan Rogue, and also getting rides and there is another identical Element near the garbage bin south from here. Sometimes.

11:20 Slept a bit more than 5 hours. Off antibiotics, got pain especially in my shoulders that have not been covered by comforter. Did 5 more units of insulin at 12 hours. There is a bit of reaction, like a rush and increasing of breath rate but cold be only nervous. Feeling heat again.

Lantus SoloStar is supposed to last 24 hours. Could be after some build up. Definitely breathing more. Got some nose congestion, have to open my mouth to breath otherwise i get shortness of breath.

Know i know why my nose was congested. While i was sleeping she again did laundry and shook the building again after 11 PM like yesterday, raising some dust. Still have discomfort breathing, after half hour.
