8:56 AM I had this idea this morning and went and instead of knotting bag (there is only one, green in the N bin) i threw some baking soda in the bins on top of bags and everything. There are lots of items behind the SW bin. In the past i asked the driver and when he pulled the bin i removed those and threw them in the bin a couple of times.

People tie garbage bags when they throw them in the bins. Why the same people throw the bags with poops unknotted?
