12:40 I opened the door in the back to air and soon i felt the sting of insulation dust. I looked and saw again the van with the word INSULATION in a visitor spot near the dumpster at the Chinese wall.

This guy has an insulation business and parks the van in the complex which i believe is against the rules here, for many years. Others have similar vehicles, including painting, towing, etc.. I think i identified the source of my extreme irritation, pain in the eyes yesterday.

They are relentless upstairs. Though i am not positive, i started to believe the "mystery woman" at D5 is Mirabela Grădinaru who of course is on a diplomatic passport. Yesterday they put some poops in unknotted bags in the dumpster (closest) and some beer bottles, other bags on top so they cannot be extracted and knotted.,

Should go out if i do not want to go completely crazy today but don't know where. Indian Head is closed due to smoke and nearby fires and at Ilany there is strong cell phone radiation due to a lack of any nearby tower.
