7:15 PM Air so still and is so nice outside, i made a few steps on the green grass where the cat was yesterday and realized there is no smoke near the garages. Could it be coming from this building?

The guys at Apt.1 moved out recently, so those at 3, the old woman feeding cats at 4 could not be, though once the wall at one of their room closest to our bedroom was warm. It remains 4, the woman who talks on the phone in the balcony for hours (with the black noisy black BMW, maybe she could not stand the smoke inside) or the guys upstairs, i heard him making weird noises in the kitchen area all night a couple of nights ago.

Just remembered something. Also a few days ago i thought they were smoking inside, told Angela, wrote here, the next day she got in Angela's way (they are very careful in avoiding us).

Not the first time, i think the previous guys at 2 did it, the woman also had colored hair and i think i saw once their boss, a Latino, all dressed in black with a big thick gold chain.
