There are a few areas of infection around my wound (red in the picture), which if kept unchecked, move around, like down on the heel like after that blood cutting episode. That was the biggest set back so far, with pain going in the sole of my feet all the way to the toes. Painful when walking.
I've done what i've done and got out of it, still having a sensitive point or two. But the biggest source of infection for which i need antibiotics all the time is a few areas of skin above the ankle where i put patches on diabetics lesions (brown stains above ankle) and now it hurts and don't heal and i've tried anything. Burning pain on top of skin that goes deep inside the muscles and moves above knee, etc.. It is made worse if exposed to low even room temperature.
Other than that, the wound got to 6-7 mm in the widest areas, 4-5 in the middle, it looks ugly, like it's gonna be an ugly scar or is still inflamed after the cutting episode. The whole area of different color/texture shows the initial wound so one can see how much is left to heal.
This is it, i'm trying to heal a foot that was already pretty badly damaged prior to this incident. At times i imagine it in a bin in a pathology lab.
About diabetes. I discovered that my skin is very thick by using this thing (which is good, it means i still have some collagen in me). Because of that, 4 mm diabetes needles are too short and the bubbles with insulin injected in fat areas are too close to the skin from inside and that makes assimilation faster, with drops in BG in the first 12 hours and then spikes in the rest until the next dose.

12:30 AI is a machine. Quiet. About 15 minutes ago i started to pack back my wound. He climbed the stairs and started to walk heavy. When i was done, a few minutes ago, silence.
