5:30 PM Angela bought Monday 22 around 1:40 when she came from work some... Cranberry ciabatta at reduced price. She put them in the freezer in that day and took them with us. At home i was putting them in the toaster but i saw they have green and thought it was some other fruit (haven't seen the label). They thawed on the road and we ate them here. I was sick with diarrhea  yesterday. Today i realized they taste like mold.

Other than that, every time i come here and stay alone in the room i get very high blood pressure episode, today due to the very irritant barely perceived smoke outside (i call it ninja smoke as it may be from the recopies found in the book of ninja) and synchronized slammed doors (with my typing and posting activities)

Could it be Fredy Meyer now owned by Kroger (an Arian store) and in fact at the highest level owned by ninja have retaliated on me after i posted about this? (can't find where right now but i know it was on December 22).

7:40 But let's look at the bright side. The whole episode cleaned my bowel. The pressure i was feeling on my heart for days if not weeks is mostly gone. My BS and probably BP is gone.
