1:17 AM For Lantus insulin high dosage starts when you take your body weight in kg by 0.5 units. In my case, at 106 (108 on the scale today minus to pounds shoes and jeans) high would be 53 units and my currently prescribed dose is 46.

Ever since i started insulin i could not reduce my BS under 160 and that was in rare instances. This, as the pharmacist said at our last appointment qualifies as insulin resistance.

In my case i noticed no improvement over 35 units. I also noticed when i went beyond 35 that my BP increased significantly and BP medicine had no noticeable effect.

8:45 After i finished writing the above i did a search and then i tried to watch a Star Trek episode when i felt i had very high blood pressure (though in doctor's office i had 150s over 80s, measured a couple of times). I have some signg like pressure in the neck, sinuses, i can feel my pulse in my chest etc..

So i took my BP and it was over 200 with over 100 and i took 20 mg of lisinopryl (from an ER prescription), the same i was given at the ER when i went last time with a similar episode.

Then i realized there was some very irritating smoke in the air, and there was an engine revving in the distance (pretty much like the one which awoke Angela at 5 AM today). Then i used a nose decongestant and started to breath better.

Then i layed in bed and the high BP would not go away and i finally fell asleep and awoke in the middle of a nightmare with again high BP.

11:53 I, android.

After (binge) watching three seasons of TNG and well into the third, i was intrigued started to get bored with the massive presence of Data on the screen and did a search. Some say he is second only to Picard, with 2100-2300 on screen hours but i believe he is nr.1 in providing decision making information in the whole movie, by far most important member of the crew. That after he was nearly dismantled in episode S2:9.
12:00 Lucky Data!

10:10 I have been here before at  Christmas time but haven't seen this. They turned the parking lot into a huge magic forest. Pictures can barely do justice to it and to me especially cause i suffer from this syndrome, i don't like pictures right away, after i just seen the real thing but i tried. And yes i like fog at night under street lamps.

Few people, all getting in my pictures everywhere which delayed me. Cheer up, Merry Christmas!
