8:15 AM I was in pain all day yesterday, just for being there for about 20 minutes, looking for poops. Today when i woke up i felt both the poop smell and the dust, though the particulate counter shows nothing for all sizes, including microns.

As i said, must be under one micron, made of mineral wool or insulation dust that is basically a form of irregular dirty glass fiber, that can break in particles of nanometric scale (under one micron), get electrified and fly for hours. Could get combined with aerosols from poops and carry those away.

Every one of those dust particles carries enough electric charge to stimulate a pain nerve termination on your skin, causing on inflammation on large areas of your skin that can go deeper inside, last for days and completely changing your desires to do things like investigating or writing. Yes it goes right through clothes.

Though it rains (drizzles), there is dry a space of about 1 ft all around the building and Oregon rain most of the times is just drizzle (that lasts for months starting now until spring) with no wind and the electrified dust could travel through those spaces. Yeah i was intrigued for a long time how could this happen, since i was living at Sussex.

Though at Sussex it kinda stopped when that Arab guy living downstairs next door started to cook some traditional food, boiling sheep meat for hours every Saturday or something. Those sheep grease vapors helped stabilize the dust between walls and siding. I believe that was the reason my stomach pains that started in 96 when i moved to the States finally ended after about ten years.

They were days like today when there outside there was drizzling though the air when opening the door was "dry" and probably loaded with that type of dust (and in there the siding was made of aluminum "scales" that is horizontal sheets covering one another in cascades with no sealing between them, I mean, the water would flow down on them but under each two of them there was enough space for dust.

The same scenario as yesterday repeated today and i i did not write about because i was interrupted from the noises upstairs. There was/is a green pickup on the other size of garages there that was started and idling alone, pretty much like the black BMW did before it disappeared earlier this week hopefully for good.

And then the big commercial van with the inscription INSULATION with its big diesel engine came by and yesterday it stopped with the cabin in sight idling for many minutes and then circled the buildings with even more noise when going uphill but today just passed by so i just left, after picking a huge poop in the shape of a string from strings theory i was briefly reading about this morning so i just took off after picking just one poop and taking a few pictures, this time with my tiny camera that has an optical zoom.

Don't know if i said it before, the poops have shape, sizes and consistencies always in theme with what i read or write.

When i went to look closer, a woman started to climb the stairs in my line of view and went to the apartment where that wall belongs to but in there lives the midget that shows rarely and lately i haven't seen anybody, like in the apartment below were there is a guy who moves around in a wheelchair but again, shows rarely so i believe both apartments, like most here, are unoccupied most of the time and they only came when needed for theme shows.

I also complained lately about my face being swollen, is from the same cause, going in there, coming in contact with the nano dust combined with aerosols from dog poop. So it's a perfect combination between a built in metsubushi and the dominicani.

Also i believed they modified the whole wall, i don't believe the area with diagonal planks was there, they were all vertical panels.

9:13 Ok that diagonal section of the wall was there.  And the weird 3 - 4 planks on top of each other. Blame on me i did not pay attention to see if they rebuilt that one too or not.

1:40 PM. Yesterday besides whole body pains due to exposure to electrified nano dust i had some extra pains in the back, in the kidneys area. I had these pains before and they usually go away with taking some blood pressure medication, but i have been told by dr. Bedolla kidneys don't hurt because of that.

I am not sure it it's kidneys or other back pain in the area, but yesterday at times pain seemed more intense in the right side and continues to this moment, though it is diminished.

It happened after i went at Spirit Mountain last night. I went into the smoke area and played poker just to have an opportunity to smoke because of the painful exposure to dust yesterday. I can play with 20 dollars for a long time at one of those machines. I wanted to get some blood pressure medicine when i realized i forgot them at home.

First time when i was experiencing that kind of pain,  years ago, was when i was in the middle of some extreme stressful moments but it was going away real quick while today it lasted the longest i have ever experienced. It is true, also got some pain in the cervical area and  yesterday it was cold in the car and had to shut down the (warm) air many times because of cars with bad exhaust smoke in front of us.

At some point yesterday in the casino i saw this guy whom i saw many times before in there, acting as a... how do they call the people who arrange chairs in there? I was alone at a row of 5 poker machines and he came and arranged the chairs at my right and at my left. I have said to myself many times i will some day say about him being present there but kept forgetting. That day has come.

Yes i was very tired and slept all day after i finised posting the previous moment and put some fish and chicken in the COSORI oven. Could not wait for those to cook, i just fell asleep probably the smell of cooking covered the smell of some poop outside that kept me awake. Awoke once, i started the oven ten  more minutes and then i slept until after one.
