2:45 Though it imitates fireplace smoke, it most likely comes from this building. I went outside many times and there is no smoke further away.

2:55 Just remembered something. Yesterday was really tired. At Three Rivers i only slept 4 hours. We got there around 5:30 Sunday night. The room was not ready so i waitied in the car. Fell asleep briefly in the car, i got awakened. The night before i slept 5 hours. We went in the room. Nice and cozy however it smelled like has just been vacuumed first time after one year. It smelled like "after vacuumed fine dust" and also like cheese. Very strong cheese smell.

I kept walking with my portable UV light for one hour. Then i realized the blankets on the beds smelled like cheese. So i put them in a bag and took them in the bathroom. Then while i was working (a little) at this blog post, smoke smell came, exactly like at 7 feathers.

Before that we went at the Three Rivers casino in North/Bend. A new one belonging to Three Rivers Florence where we slept. There after we ate in the car, Angela got out and saw a poop next to her door.

While i was driving back here, i stopped at the ARCO station in Newberg to go to the restroom. I asked the person in charge, a good looking young Asian woman and she showed me. However there was an "out of service" sign at men's room. I asked her again and said i could use the women's but she was hesitating.

So i went to men's just to make sure. Besides the light being off, nothing wrong with it. I was there for about 3-4 minutes and then when i got out, two real Mexican guys were waiting at the door. They looked at me, looked inside, look at each other, did not say anything.

Nowadays most LP numbers i see on streets have the O replaced with Q. Like NQT, if you know what i mean.

Smoke disappeared after i first wrote, now it's back again.

9:31 Slept 5 hours plus 4 last night (8 to 12). When i awoke my legs were not swollen anymore, a sign my blood pessure normalized overe night (i am on 20 mg of lisinopril) but i woke with that loud beep that was going for a long time, and my heart felt like it was about to explode.

I think it's over 100 dB at the source or unbearable nearby, an excavator creeping from time to time from between two buildings right across the alley, i think it's finishing the job of removing roots from some trees they cut a couple of weeks ogo (not sure, can't remember) causing simultanoueslu bloating diafragm twisting, nose congestion etc., all pressing on the heart from different directions. Been on for almost a  week now.

2:35 Every time i have blood pressure above 170 when i walk i feel like stepping on springs. Towards it was no exception. But it did not feel that way when i last went for a walk, less than a week ago or before. Cannot figure what triggered the current episode or how long it's gonna last.

From up hill i recorded today @60dB at the porch. But they restarted the work at the pipe. So it's stereo now. For how many times they unearthed this pipe in the last 3 years? I think it may have something to do with me using that word recently. So they just materialized it (be careful what you fish for).
