10:30 I once had an episode like this. Went to the ER with my lower BP 120. It lasted for days bur can't remember the circumstances. I had my BP last checked in July, at Henry Tran's office, and i was something like 150/84.

10:35 Did the rounds. After 5 i stopped counting. Beep is indeed very loud outside. Could not catch it on video, it's very noisy small trucks that move dirt around, parallel with that "road of dirt", don't know why. I feel the BP in my head. I heated a Michelina, gonna eat and go for my walk.
12:35 For some reason i can't understand the date on my phone has been changed to July 9 and that was the stamp on the video linked above. Last night it was ok. My phone is on airplane mode with wi-fi off most of the time, last time i had to connect it to the network was a few days ago when i needed a confirmation code for some login.
No it does not change the date if i turn it off and on even in airplane mode but it did restart yesterday night by itself while i was photographing some important doccuments.
2:00 PM My walk today was probably less than a mile. First i watned to take some pictures to see the name of the firm who is digging that pipe again, 2 years afte MEI did it and one year after the city did it. It's called... Nutter. BTW when i got back, close to the complex, i saw three offensive LPN in a raw, like NTR, KGA and KZD. But they all are. I assume the whole traffic is controlled by an app with volunteers participating, with the only purpose to piss me. But i suspect all activity here, including traffic is an AI simulation.
That explains why everty time my blood pressure normalizes, they start beeping again, and it is done by scheduling, predicting, so it won't raise any suspsicion for a casual viewer. So when i went on the streets it was the same, big noisy vehicles and a blower and a mower at Stone's Throw complex. At some points, it was so high i thought i was going to faint. Like this morning when i first measure, the monitor went over 250 and then it put an error.

(Sunday afternoon though i slept only 4 hours the night before i made an unscheduled stop at some point by the ocean to get rid of a smoking vehicle in front of me and i got a reading of 160/80. But here if i try, they either start beeping of creaking upstairs. Only when i think about, i feel it rises).
Now that the construction team is on siesta, they started to creak the floor upstairs. Last night they did it all night for about 8 hours, soon after the construction noises stopped. They anticipiated me going to the restroom just before i left, they flushed, it stopped when i finished, i got mad by the synchronization, forgot to zip my fly but the belt was pretty tigtht, would not have been visibile except if you knew what to look at. The reason he blew me.

Yes my skin is crawling because the dust he blew on me. When he saw me i took the picture (though i can't imagine how, could have just checked the phone), he stopped, turned around, showing a woman's round butt. He gave me a preview of what's to come, today is Wednesday, i saw the lanscapers here, soon they will start to blow.
