12:20 AM Would have been more than an hour ago. While i pulled out of Hwy 26 towards Boring i noticed a vehicle with very bright lights behind me. I went that route at that hour dozens of times and i never saw anybody behind me. It is a... Boring place. Unincorporated, with no police of its own.

12:35 Interruption. I was bothered by a cat poop smell, like last night. Went outside to check, a guy shirtless, curly, in shorts only (it's 63 degrees outside here right now) was talking using a low tone but strong voice with someone (a woman) on speakerphone and i thought i heard the word Security.

Ok so i got out of the freeway and i saw the bright lights and i thought my central mirror was on day mode so i tried to move it but then it became really bright and i turned it back on. It seemed like just another a...e with high beam and xenon bulbs behind me. At that point, Angela briefly turned the yellow flashing lights on to show it was bothering us.

Here came the 45 sign, then 35 and then 25 near "downtown" Boring. At each of them i slowed to like 5 above speed limit and that vehicle was still behind me. When the street turned two lanes and speed limit 55 i puled on the right lane and release the gas pedal waiting for it to pass me however it was matching speed. At that point there was no more high beam, but one of the headlights was out of adjustment so it was still bothering me.

When i got closer to the sign saying my lane ends, i slowed to like 20 however the cop turned the red and blue flashing lights on so i pulled on the shoulder.

I stopped, pulled the window down and started looking for the driver's license. She came at the window and started with "what are you doing man?" and i said "i'm trying to get back home" and then "i'm driving back home".

"But the way you were driving". And i said. "i slowed trying to let me pass because one of your headlights is out of adjustment and was bothering me, not knowing you were a cop".

Anyways a rather long conversation followed, maybe i'll write it all tomorrow, but in the end she said "i was doing 68 trying to pace you", though i never passed 60 and then she said i slowed down too fast, but she was in the other lane when i started to slow and then she switched lanes and started the red and blue lights. She would have had enough space to pass me before the sign.

Insurance was not current (they don't send us cards anymore, because they don't send us cards anymore and we forgot to print one).

It looked to me like she followed me several miles, probably starting in the freeway trying to catch me with something and since she could not, she just gave me the warning. As i left, i was telling Angela, she did not talk like a cop but like an actress.

Deja vu.

Deputy Ortiz seemed familiar. First i thought she was America Ferrera (41) but when i got home Angela started the TV and there was this woman at the news desk on CBS Anne Marie Green (54) who also kinda looked like her. But it couldn't have been her because... she was on TV at that hour! Or maybe her CGI counterpart. Or a recording done earlier. Or broadcasting from some location in this area.

I think she was hinting mainly at the fact that i slowed down too fast, to justify the accident 4 years ago.

Thinking on buying a new GPS that would explicitly record speed and coordinates that can be accessed immediately to show a cop or in court. This one does too but it puts out a file that cannot be readily interpreted.

It looks like the cat poop under the stairs (for upstairs) i sterilized yesterday with UV light started to stink again so i just put it in a bag and took it at the dumpster. In there i found one at the very edge in an open bag directed outside the dumpster i could smell from near the car or at the entrance. I did not go to search further for new ones in the grass but i'm sure there are, i can smell them.

12:00 p.m. Finally had it with typing because of the very uncomfortable position while sitting on my couch so I installed the voice in speech recognition so I can simply speak instead of typing.

It works surprisingly well but still have to get used to it. Okay so I obviously installed the non professional or non Plus version of it where'd you got some serious limitations like other time black off and do or delete command.

I've been used to only type in my ideas on blog blogger whatever for so long now when I'm speaking I lose concentration. But have to do it because yeah I when I sit on the couch while the typing I mess up my sciatic nerves I've been doing this for so long and I started to get problems.

I'm not sure the extent of the problems I have or whatever I'm experiencing right now is the result of it.

Earlier I wanted to do some research on the theme of telepathy I mean some web searches and try the Google search by voice I found a few sides very interesting very much coinciding with my ideas and by the time I was putting my ideas together to start writing something she came upstairs first squeaking making noises and then smoking. No she's coughing.

Yeah this is the first entry on my blog ever done with dictation alone. Now haircut is become really dramatic what I'm starting to have a headache because of the smoke. A bit of a travel now because the Chrome Chrome extension voice and I added has some sort of a dashboard that overlaps my update button and blogger and the update button becomes inactive.

Yeah I was about to write about what idea came to me last night when I realized how forced synchronization between 2 or several brains can occur and I believe it is loud noises or stress followed by relaxation and at that moment i open the door trying to get outside to take the garbage and see where the smoke is coming from while willing synchronization may happen through touching of foreheads like during corroborees or bowing like in Japan.

Unconscious not willing but not forceful synchronization can be done through face to face sex and at social level dance group, music, media, trumped up news.

We know resonance occur between two very simple electric circuits oscillating on the same frequency and this allows transmission/receiving of information. It is possible that a number of neurons in a specialized area of the brain working in parallel can tune into different resonating frequencies. Usually the tuning is for life, between partners or family members. This way, emotions and general more elevated subconscious processes of the brains can be shared.

Initially it was smoke cigarette smoke now is welfare smoke it's a perceived perceived index of about 50 so right in that moment when I open the door the woman of the D7 apartment did hit  something in the dumpster so hard it made a loud sound that scared the hell out of me so that is proof they know what I'm thinking and what I'm about to do or post and stuff like that.

Wow I can write a whole paragraph just by dictating and I think I'm putting in more words than I can type and yeah my brain is working totally differently right now cuz it's not the typing anymore, only trouble is the paragraphs come out very long and some of the words I'm pronouncing are missinterpreted and then I have to go and brush the paragraph cut it into or something

I always seriously doubted the so-called maps of the brain with areas involved but today I looked at the newer map of the brain showing the I don't know how to call those things the curls of the brain with each curl representing a functional how should I call it subunit of the brain and this makes much more sense cuz there is a anatomical separation between those curls.

I ran into this expression earlier "right parahippocampal gyrus" when I was searching for things related to telepathy and brains synchronization and it clearly came out as an anatomical distinction involved in telepathy but then I got interrupted by the smoke, the cough, I went outside to take the garbage out and check the source of the smoke and I forgot the way I did that search and I did I try to search again and then I ran into things like now there is no telepathy telepathy is not a proven phenomenon or whatever.

Little doubt this is the shin shin shing gan they are talking about, and no doubt they learnt how to use it in those Buddhist monasteries or maybe earlier by Hindu yogi thousands of years ago and is related to the aboriginal "dreaming" or "dreamtime" and is one of their strongest weapon. Though i think anything Buddhist came after the should I call it Southern invasion of India.

But within the aboriginal philosophy they are talking about "time does not exist" thing, which makes me think of the nature of thoughts and even conscience itself as the connection between brains could be done by accessing a (common) area of reality which is outside of what we perceive as time which is a sequence of events and according to maya, an illusion. Finished smoking, about to climb back the stairs when one of the "girls" (in fact adult Japanese women) came from behind, made a noise, and stood behind me with the phone pointed at me while another one, again with the phone pointed at me appeared on the balcony. Yes had my mouth open because of nose congestion.

Every day they are involved in similar carefully planned scenes like this and the next day they will do others, unphased. Probably enjoying diplomatic immunity as members of Japan royal family.
