7:18 AM Less than 6 hours of sleep and my morning stomach pain that today does not go away. Again, breathing litter dust fallen from above. As a rule, all dust inhaled slowly clears the lungs and gets into your stomach. The reason for my persistent stomach pains between 1996 and 2006 with the high doses of "proton pump inhibitors" like Prilosec and Nexium and the sorts.

I believe it has something to do with what i posted from the hotel (doubling).

Then that Arab or Persian guy moved downstairs and started boiling sheep meat for hours, weekly. That bad smelling sheep fat getting inside walls and attic would help stabilize some of the dust.

And yes new mineral insulation is stabilized with (mineral) oil, other binders that evaporate in time.

No i can't remember exactly when i started the long hikes in the park and then at the wildlife refuge in Tualatin. Before the Greenway park was destroyed first by the disc golf course and then wet land restoration project that flooded a good part of it and before they put that kind of gravel that turns to dust on all the miles of refuge trails and you get rock dust on your shoes and pants.

After being in Romania in 2004 where i went to all hospitals in the area where i stayed for a total of one month. Some doctor in Cluj told me i had so many ulcers on my duodenum, it got bent by scars. In the same time Angela got diagnosed with colon cancer, probably for the same reason. Breathing that dust.

At the time (after Angela's surgery) i also heard about Vitamin D and at times i would take my shirt off for minutes at the time on trails. But that ended after i moved to Lake Oswego and started to hike at Tryon which was mostly forest with no sun. BTW was this post since 2012 that triggered the fading away of the cholesterol craze?

We live in the times of Metsubushi. The dust lady of 911. Could it be the current trend in the construction with "mineral wool" and "drywall" that started in the 70s was intentional.

7:42 A while ago they started to knock on wood at the construction site. It was supposed to end during winter time but i still see a mountain of gravel being moved from one place to another, vertical pillars in and the symbolic wall. And today they start the siding project. Yeah i opened the backdoor to take a picture and the place filled with poop smell. And the human butt shape of the bush groomed by the landscape team of ninja this week.

8:15 And yes eating ice cream in time will complete the job by cooling killing your pancreas. While in Lake Oswego when and where i got the diabetes i discovered the one gallon bucket with cheap ice-cream at WinCo.

8:30 Yes i will! get for a longtime the echoes of what i posted abut Romanian, US budgets.

1:54 PM I went for a walk. Can't remember when exactly it started, but by the time i passed the hospital i became very stiff and it was hard to walk. Like all my muscles have been invaded by parasites? From the litter dust yesterday?

When i left for the walk first i went and knotted a bag in the dumpster. The mailman came with one of the old vans (they got newer too, i saw in other days) at high speed and stopped suddenly. He was very nervous and he was hitting the boxes. He looked Asian and he wrapped his head with a red silklike shiny scarf.

I noticed some exhaust smell from that van. I crossed the alley and went so search in he grass. I found one that was stepped upon and picked with a bit of soil and thew it in the dumpster. Then i left. He came with the van and passed me giving me more exhaust and when i looked i saw a Caucasian looking guy, a celebrity maybe, reminding only of the first. He stopped at the mailbox and the entrance, giving me another pass.

About 15 minutes ago i heard a sound like a shotgun being fired in the alley near building D, a couple of times. Never mind, is July 1st.

During my trip i met with several stinking vehicles. I caught one on camera. The Revit pickup, again.

2:37 Vibration from construction site is so strong now i feel it in my legs.

11:10 Last one first. The guy with the black BMW with modified exhaust that started his car when i came from Home Depot is now trying to start it for 10 minutes and the car won't start. In the last few days he kept popping in my way dressed in an A shirt. The interesting part is the guy with that black BMW living at 4 with the princess was until now a different guy, taller.

11:10 Today i have done something i never thought i would. I went to Home Depot, bought some paint and painted the ceiling. I could not take it no more. Every time somebody came upstairs for repairs and was walking, would disturb the smell and dust from it.

I went in there and asked what was the strongest paint they have. And they gave me the triple thick primer binder sealer for 47 a gallon. Technically not a paint but it dries out white just like a paint. Can paint it over if i want to.

Then i bought a power roller. A power roller is a roller with a vinyl tube attached to it and a pump that feeds onto a gallon or a bucket of paint. The paint is pumped through the vynil tube inside the roller that has holes in it. In a few hours i painted the ceiling in the whole apartment.

When i was touching the ceiling with the water based paint, in some areas especially in the kitchen it would stink really bad. Don't know what, onion from cooking, litter dust from above.

That primer was/is so thick it does not flow from the can. It could be the reason the power blower did not function right. It had a button on the handler doing something, maybe stopping starting the pump, but the pump would work continuously so i asked Angela to plug it unplug it for me. She would sit there with the two cords in her hand and plug and unplug them at my command. Stop, go. It was like that for several hours.

I took a big chance running that power roller. Actually, a 59 dollars chance. But it worked.

Much faster than a normal roller, almost no drips so i did not cover anything. Some solid debris (popcorn) covered in paint fell though. They will go at first vacuuming and bed sheets washing which both will be soon if not tomorrow.

I did not plan to do it today. But after i tried it i realized i would waste too much paint if i washed it and let it for another day.

The reason i never did it because in Lake Oswego i painted the apartment many times with no results. The smoke coming from walls and the asphalt dust falling from roof was overwhelming.

12:20 Today i saw a cybertruck towing a cybertrailer.
