5:55 AM Found this brand years ago at Grocery Outlet (was cheaper in store, like half price) but probably other brands would work as well. Without it i would have never made it over the triple tooth extraction last fall. Every time i was taking half pouch i felt an improvement the next day. Similar effects, soup made of a whole organic chicken, but that is more difficult to accomplish.
So i put half pouch while dry on top of the dry stuff in a noodles soup cup, and i add hot water, like for making normal noodle soup, mix, etc., it is almost tasty. Could add some dry or fresh parsley, dill.
It adds collagen, minerals to your body and everything needed for healing processes. I guarantee it does wonders to you skin and everything you need to get healed in your body with immediate results. BTW i think i'm gonna make some.
(I do believe food cravings tell you about missing stuff in your body).
8:45 I was chocking more and more and had to go outside to check. First, i was hit by the distinct smell of dog poop right outside the door coming from poop in bags, could the one on the ground smell differently, i think in the bags it starts to ferment within hours.
Could not find any in the dumpster near maibloxes or the grass across where they usually reside.
Finally found one near the west dumpster, on the ground, unknotted, and one in the SW dumpster, again unknotted. Also foud a huge piece of cake, minutes after a kid passed by, whole, in a plastic container under a bush and a beer can, both on the red dust.
9:15 Top reasons for getting kicked out of your family network (This is not a meme of... Is it?)
2:25 Chop chop chop! Not my favorite, but yeah, why throw food? (i was waiting for that moment to see you cooking and it had to be something really special).
I remember during my first job at Sheridan Fruit Co. downtown Portland, i was going once a day to the register and pay 10 cents for one banana and most of the time they wouldn't even take my money (especially Demi) while everybody was staring at me cause we were so starved of bananas in Romania.
Now they just sit there in the basket, i don't even look at them. Mostly because being so nutritious and sweet they help the bad bacteria that comes through the air (yes even from the porous pop corn ceiling that gets contaminated over the years like from boiling beans for two hours) and ends into my stomach and i get nauseated if i eat them like most everything. The reason i prefer my soups salty.
3:11 How is it called, husbandry? I remember during communist years in Romania my in laws like everybody in the country side were enrolled in a cooperative (agricultural). They were providing the manual labor during mostly manual weed suppression (with hoes) for corn
For that they were getting an amount of money (almost) enough for liquor and cigarettes and allowed to have a piece of land (usually 5000 square meters or 1.2) acres, called helping lots (loturi ajutătoare), where they were cultivating mostly corn to feed their animals that lived around the house, pretty much like pets today in the US but also wine (usually enough for the whole year). At some point they had 10 sheep, one or two pigs, one cow, 10-20 hens, a few ducks, one chained dog, Pussy - how i called the cat i gave them (not knowing the true meaning) that was really catching mice, stuff like that. Altogether, pretty romantic.
Meanwhile in the cities the big hunger of the eighties started. I don't know, 82 maybe, where we had one ratio of one loaf of bread a day, one kilo of meat and one kilo of sugar a month, nu butter, cheese, coffee, cocoa, bananas or anything. Eggs when you could find them, milk when you wanted to get up one or two hours earlier). No restrictions on liquor, wine and bad cigarettes. (Expensive smuggled coffee and cigarettes were used to pay doctors and stuff).
They were vegetables on the "farmers" market during fall, so we would make zacusca or pickle green tomatoes and stuff for the winter but not many vegetables during the year, except potatoes and onions, also at the farmers market.
During the summer they were gathering the sheep from the people in the village and one or two guys were pastoring them. Everybody had its turn in going to the "measurement" when they were measuring the milk from their own sheep and for the next days they will get their share accordingly. With that they were making simple cheese somehow remembering the Italian pecora or even mozarella.
It was then when i ate the best cheese ever. Guessed it, from my in laws. Made with sheep's milk, pickled for winter, turned into feta but a hard one. Super salty, i loved the combination sweet black tea with salty that cheese and bread. One small piece was so satisfying.
3:45 Man there is some vibration in the distance that feels so close it drives me mad.
4:18 Man, i second hand smoked yesterday at Lucky Eagle, now i crave again cigarettes though i got again the day after driving high... But could the high come from meeting with the poop smell after a break? I'll check after i will stay 3 night at 7 feathers and then drive 300 miles to Reno, two weeks from now.
5:20 It starts with Angela coming from work and crying... "There are avocados rotting in the fridge..." (when they become ripe i put them in the fridge).
Our 4 PM (can't call it lunch or dinner). Do y'all know how to make guacamole, the most delicious and nutritious food (besides zacusca and bone broth). Just in case. It's realy easy, you have to cut one ore two or three avocados in half (yes around the kernel, it seems awkward at first, as all cooking, but i promise you, once you done it once, you will get hooked, just don't forget to grab some and some limes the first time you go to the supermarket).
Scoop the halves with a teaspoon, add a clove of garlic smashed to a paste with a fork or a wooden stick whatever, squeeze half small lime, add a bit of olive oil and salt.
I also imagined a radish cucumber salad (just because i saw the radish and a piece of cucu (wrapped with foil) inside the fridge but it came out weird (like many green foods when you taste them first) though edible, because all ingredients are). (you wanted love, and i see you like it weird). With a drop of vinegar on it.
And yes, i forgot the blinds open, three kids came and sat on the TV box, staring. but i'm sure they can't see anything inside, it's all theoretical and what if.
5:50 Man i was still hungry (it takes some 20 minutes until your brain gets satisfied with the food you eat). Looked around and found my plate, empty, and got really frustrated because i could not remember eating it. Is this a sign... (now munching on potato chips with my new near perfect dentures) or i was just too concentrated posting and was eating while typing and for a moment i thought a
I was re-reading the above to check for errors and when i hit a certain phrase they sounded a car alarm in the alley, three times. More precise, to get me mad when i read y'all. I think they measure (and record) my brain output when i read whatever and then they cheat at it.
6:35 Angela went to sleep and forgot her cell phone on when she came from the garden. I only figured when the mw meter started to beep (the phone checks with the towers every half hour or so) and i had pains everywhere especially at the soles of my feet, hands and face. The meter has the alarm set at 200 mW/square centimeter or so but the alarm sounds the same until 10k and then it beeps faster.
It could be some sort of microwave triggered diabetes neuropathy IDK (I Don't Know), but this could prove it does some damage to your tissues even when healthy. Could not resist no more and smoked one cigarette but i feel like it's not enough.
Even when i re-started the first time, it was there, at Lucky Eagle when i bought the first pack.
10:10 Went to take the recyclables. It was the warmest day of the year. They divided one into several bags, hidden among sacks with enough room "to breath", one, black was thrown on top of the dumpster, almost invisible but now i go by smell. In the end, i smelled one more but someone came with a cigarette and covered it.
