10:30 PM Every time temperature drops under 60 this side the whole complex gets filled with smoke. I posted yesterday a picture that came weird, because of the Sun and what was in that smoke. I think they just lengthened that chimney and though one would think this is good for neighbors, it is not. Since they don't do it all the time, it takes a lot of time for that chimney to heat up and not cool the smoke that comes down instead of going up.

From what i know there must be hundreds of people affected, but usually when there is smoke like that nobody is in the alleys. All from the cozyness and fanciness of a few people in those houses. Another idea is they just put another gass cartridges in mole holes. Though the moles might run away, the probably bring new ones the next day.

Every time i go at the garbage to knot bags, something happens. This time they were black bags everywhere and i tried to overturn a few cause they are usually hidden open poop bags and one (white) bag was untied and garbage including a few liquid drops fell on my hand. I was too lazy to come back inside and wash my hands so i proceeded to the locker where i had some items.

But if i went back inside after searching through the garbage and then go to the locker, it would have locked like i picked something from there. There was a big empty brown bag next to the dumpster.

There was (again) an Asian guy hidden behind a car was reading his phone. I tried to use just my pinky which was not touch by what i thought it was a clear liquid coming from that bag.

I have to key in the code because my phone is never in the network or wi-fi and i make a picture from the computer in track the package screen where there is no bar code.

Last night we stopped and picked more items. One of them was another Purolator filter which was again damaged. The only way to make a dent like this is to hit it with a hammer. These filter have a by pass valve inside and if that one gets dealbated the engine may starve of oil and seize up causing an accident if that happens at high speed.

I take it it was retaliation because i once rejected and returned a filter like this because of my misunderstanding (thinking it was not compatible because of a bigger diameter for the gasket and it might damage the already damaged engine). Now i want it because i think the bigger diameter gasket may encompass the damaged area, and finally stopping the leak. I think someone has a batch of bad ones from somewhere and sell them intentionally on Amazon.
