1:30 AM Ok i figured how to do it using only Windows snipping tool (after i turned Chrome hardware acceleration off, chrome/settings/system). It slashes the resolution. Volume is kinda low, i checked all settings. You know how is with Windows, it's lots of option but they are hidden. Maybe i should try unplugging the microphone, it could lower the total volume through mixing. Tomorrow.

1:37 PM Today i first cut my facial hair using a hair cutter and then i shaved with an electric shaver. I noticed when using the hair cutter that my hair was very thin, the cutter went through like it was nothing especially when compared to a month ago when i cold barely cut through it. (i have had several episodes like this throughout my life and blamed it on nutrition, staying too much inside, no physical activity).

Also my chin that was firm and toned became suddenly wrinkled, like i got 10 years older over night and all the fat in my chin is gone, it had been left only skin and bone. Wondering if it has something to do with the Silvadene or the needle from that blood drawing.

Just checked, i did not lose any weight.
