10:30 Before, they were giving you bags at the grocery stores and that was an unbroken tradition. Then, it came the plastic of paper. Then, bring your bags from home. Then, it was "do you need a bag, it's five cents". More and more checkers today don't ask you anymore and that was the case today at Walmart.

And when you remember to ask for one, it's too late, the card being already done.

Came home, the bag with cherries broke and half of them spilled on the stairs in front of the door.

I drove back home only to write an entry here. Otherwise would have gone back to Walmart.

Don't know if anybody remembers when i wrote the story with Silvadene at Walmart. When first prescribed Silvadene (Silver sulfonamide that is) i had a 400 gr prescription) which is for packing my wound.

They were out of it and said it will be 4 days. So i transferred my prescription to Walgreens in Lower Boones Ferry and they were out of the big jars of 400 gr and they sent me to Capitol. In the rain, my bandage went loose and my would got exposed. However they gave it to me one hour after i asked Walmart (Angela actually) to transfer it.

Then i transferred the prescription back at Walmart (for convenience) but they filled it with 6 little jars of 50 gr each (300 gr only) and i used it more than once daily and i am out of it again.

So yesterday i tried to fill it online at Walmart (again, in Tigard) but the site said it was too soon. So when i went to Walmart, they told me that i had 3 grams a day using direction and that should have lasted for 100 days. But then i asked them why they did not give me 400 gr as the prescription said and bla bla and in the end they said they were out of it anyways.

So i asked them to transfer it to Capitol and they said they are sending the fax "right now" so i drove to Capitol where the man asked me for all the data and said he was going to fill a request for Walmart to transfer the prescription however it make take one to two days. So i said i will drive back to Walmart to get the physical paper with the transfer however i changed my mind and came to write here.

Otherwise it may take for ever to get it. BTW in the meantime i started to have chills from the big relapse i had in the last days after the contamination of the microwave. I was better this morning but now after doing a carwash, going to DEQ (last possible day), Walmart and Walgreens.

Everywhere i go there are people in parking lots and store that seem to have come there just to cross paths with me, play little pranks etc..

12:05 PM Yey! I managed to grab a small 50 gr jar at Walgreens on Capitol (though two persons there said first they are out of stock), after i went to Walmart one more time, got a copy of the fax and then went to Walgreens. The fax was sent at 10:52 or after i wrote here though. I now remember last time i (partly) filled this at Walmart they gave me 6x50 grams jars but they also had it in tubes which i forgot to ask today.

I even found a visitor spot (last one) however i almost stepped into one with diarheaa at the door. Payed 31 bucks though it should still be covered by insurance since i never took the whole prescribed 400 grams.

I asked to talk to the pharmacist and tried to explain to her that you could not pack a wound with 3 grams of Silvadene but she kept me telling that i had to talk to the doctor to modify the directions. Did not have problems in the past filling a prescription if i did not follow directions and/or was out of insurance limitations.

The pharmacist seemed familiar, she looked like Dee Dee Gatton.

She kept re-arranging her clothes with a nervous gestures, just to underline her... upper body? But why did she have an accent?

Using Silvadene is a wasteful process. Most of it gets sucked in the tissues making the gauze, pad and again gauze on top. In a couple of hours the skin on the wound is actually dry and you have to do it again. Lately i just add some Silvadene after a few hours without removing those and it seems to work cause the tissues get saturated.

12:50 I talked to this guy at DEQ today. He did the computer work, twice, cause the first time "he kept adding zeroes" and "my car would now have one million miles on it". The first time he did it he kept talking to a guy. I heard the world "wife" and "i wouldn't go there".

I complained about a physical divider being added on the Tualatin Sherwood Hwy so people could not make a left turn to got at DEQ when comming from east, or a left turn when getting out, the alternative being an U turn a few hundred feet further or a left turn on the previous street and then comming around and around but who can remember that one or two years wen you go again.

He said "they hate us!" (the county). He also said that to this day (they did that last fall) i was the only one complaining.

I believe everybody hates them. (Wouldn't it be oh so much better if they stopped doing it altogether like in neighboring California and Washington). Paying them 200 bucks for a sticker is bad enough, but the time wasted.

Yes i nearly got in an accident, several times in my way back (the traffic stopped suddenly in front of me, things like that). I believe they do this, make me talk to important people and then they create conditions for an accident so that person would be the last one i talked to before.

After being about 4 hours in traffic and store, standing, sitting, i got the chills again. My leg was hurting most of the time.

All in half day. Today when Angela gets here we leave for the coast, we got two days free in a hotel.
