7:03 AM A big engine with little muffler driving me nuts idling for more than 15 minutes now. Tried to record it, the mics are not good for those very low frequencies. Finally left seconds after i posted this.

4:25 Slept all day. Somebody upstairs did the same too. That muffler this morning brought in wall dust and mold. Got a fungal infection around the wound that is doubled by bacterial and flares systemic every time i got outside. I think it's got something to do with the fact i can't control blood sugar anymore.

I eat very little carbs and generally very little, take metformin and insulin but still have it above 150. Two weeks before this i had it under 150 for months which lead to progress but not anymore. I take pictures of the wound every time i do the bandages, and that is 2-3-4 times a day (or every time it starts hurting). There is no progress if my BS is above 150. Also i see more progress when i eat beef bone broth.

Angela came mad hungry from where she came (work, Staples, Whole Foods, Walmart). Had some ground beef sitting in the fridge for a few days, it needed cooking so she went outside on the patio with the square electric pan while upstairs started to dry, surrounding the building with lint possibly loaded with DNA.
