I Promissed Myself

That if i'm making out alive of this episode with the nasty leg wound i will do everything i can to clear this out and others.

Over the years i wrote many things that i still have in mind but could not be possibly followed by others because they were sometimes mere phrases, said in anger among other things (except maybe if everything would be stored in an AI memory and queried by themes).

But not everything is in there. There are things i haven't searched yet and still motivated to do so.

I was laying quietly in bed in bedroom warming up my feet (after going out again today, my feet stayed cold all day and though it did not get as bad as other times, with pain and chills when i went out with the wound, the area of which is now what, 25% of what it was or less and closing fast, i started to remember things. Mostly about the neighbors upstairs. (And yes, someone gave me the backwards bow at Walmart).

The first old man was probably Pacepa, or whoever was the actor.

Did not keep track at the time but there was another one who reminded me of Dick Cheney. And the previous before the current which reminded me as well of Dick Cheney's daughter. The woman with the catnip pot with the Totenkopf sign at the door and the big cat that was running like crazy after eating catnip, shaking the floor as well.

(of course they weren't here all the time, none of them were. they had doubles). Actually for creaking and stumping part i thin there was one single person all the time).

No doubt a cat person since she installed a cat house on the stairs for a pregnant feral cat from neighborhood not long before she left.

I think of her as a KKK person because of the sign at the door, other signs like the porcelain log with the iron cross, etc.. But i was only thinking and speculating in my mind. There is a broom too and for some reason i always associated KKK, right extremism with witchcraft and ultimately to satanism.

Also been thinking at the possibility that my wound was initiated by a laser sometime in December, either here in doctor's office, by the always masked Asian assistant, when she asked me to close my eye for a "foot exam" which involved tickling my feet with closed eyes to see if i can feel them but also inside of one of the casinos i went around Christmas and New Year.

Because i cut all my socks below ankle and sometimes they move down in the shoes and who knows, might have had the pants raised when i sit at a machine that area above shoes exposed inside the casinos.

But the original shape of the wound above shoe level suggest and X shape cut, similar to the one i saw after, healing after on the right foot and that was above the shoe's upper margin (picture taken January 18 vs the one today).

Got it. It's a wa. Cursing them all in my mind of course.

And then they started working the floor real hard. One of the things i am not allowed to is cursing them in my mind.

They toned down a lot upstairs after i wrote about the possibility of setting me up with the laundry vapor. Like this morning there was almost no stumps at all except for one minute at the end.

Sunday i have been to Spirit Mountain to have one drink in the car, play 20 bucks and smoke a cigarette there.

But while i was smoking here came this obvious (not fake) short Mexican guy with a black jacket that had printed on it with big white letters DEAD PEDOS DON'T REOFFEND. He was smoking as i got there and made a few steps occupying aggressively the outdoor ashtray (with sand in it) continuously showing his back. Right under the new statue with the two Indians pointing North with a triple claw (better picture next time).

He looked pissed at me but not fully showing his face, maybe hoping for a confrontation.

It was later when i figured that must have been it, they upstairs did laundry Sunday afternoon before we left and inevitably some traceable amount of DNA in the form of dead skin present in the lint that flew outside and probably inside from under the door. Yes i thought of that many times, it is very easy actually, all they need is some clothes from the person they want to set you with and wash it not so well and then drying with expelling flying lint under your window.

All because of the unique design of the dryer's exhaust. I looked. At all buildings here they have exhausts at each level, only in this one, instead of making holes in walls at the level where the drier is, they passed them through basement and opened them just above ground with the natural flow of hot air with lint going upwards.

But Monday morning it had been the worst. Instead of one person awakening at 6 and working the floor way too much for half hour under the pretext of going to work, another one started the same routine for half more hour. But in the end it helped me cause i finally realized what was happening.

About two weeks ago Angela used the hair drier and popped a breaker. I had to open the breaker box to re-set set it and the breaker box is ft away from her bed in the bedroom. I sealed it with clear removable silicon every time i do so. Because it is one of the biggest source of in-wall dust with many open holes. And when they pump the wooden floor upstairs, they create "puffs" of dust through any hole in the walls  here.

So i started to get sicker and sicker and in the end i put a mask on to survive the day. And when i realized when it was coming from, i re-sealed the box door.

Soon after that episode with Angela setting the breaker, she started to get sicker and sicker and started to caogh really bad, wheezing at night, and she had to take a double course of Azithromycin (she can't do any penicillin type of antibiotics because she is allergic to those) and as she got better, she was still coughing.

And then she did it again with the hair drier, i think it was Sunday and i had to remove the old silicone and put new one and again have been sloppy and left tiny hair size holes which were enough so they did it to me on Monday morning and finally figured it and fixed for good and now the "wall" smell is subsiding and we both started to cough less (yes i started to cough too a few days ago).

But know i know. There must also still be some tiny holes and cracks, especially by the bedroom door which i could not figure and fix and those are active. Though not obvious, some wall dust still flies around and affects us. But the breaker box was a big break to them.

I can feel as i type my hands' fingers are a bit numb and painful, as for the legs... We have this ionizer that neutralizes dust and makes it fall on the floor, but from the floor it still gets on the legs, causing the so called neuropathy.

And yes they know it and they do it on purpose, to give us wall dust on demand, when we do and think things they don't like. Again, i don't know how, maybe they are using some bio vital signs whatever sensors and some AI but they can figure what i'm thinking at any moment.

(At this very moment when i reviewed the above somebody slammed some doors in the lot and a kid started playing with a basketball ball and it made me sneeze, violently).

9:55 I started to have big problems at the wound (or near it) after using antibiotics, mostly Amoxicillin dust from capsules sprinkled on top of petrolatum based ointments which insure time relapsing of higher concentration than in the cream only for about 6 hours so i said ok, i will give up on those and just use petrolatum or best thing in wound care.

I had a jar with Vaseline for a long time, i tried it, it keeps the wound moist and granulating, but i was suspicious about cause it had been there for a long time and used before and it is easy to contaminate. Though no bacteria can survive in it.

But last night i found something at Walmart. Petroleum Jelly in a tube, for under 2 bucks, i would assume is the same as Vaseline but easier to apply and harder to contaminate so i went to get some but did not find it next to Vaseline, it was at baby care section so i felt like i needed to explain it here.

Yeah i'm aware of the symbolism, the eschar on my wound (especially after sculpting or partial debridement by the doctor) looks like the a map of Straight of Hormuz and petrolatum, well, you know.

10:23 Just looked at the receipt. 9:39 local is the time when i checked at Walmart.

12:25 Ok i slept a couple of hours (on top of near 4 last night), awoke with pain, panicked, sprinkled some more, i think i will put one more patch for systemic, (my stomach cannot take any more).

The wound looks like it's gonna be closed (the upper part) in a couple of weeks, the rest needs one or two weeks more. It's been quite a hell of a ride asking myself many times (a day) if i'm gonna make it (still am). Here it is at February 16 or one month after i have discovered it.

Last night i forgot my phone in the car (and the car is with Angela). It doesn't matter since it was off anyways, right?

3:20 My monitor broke and i was looking on Amazon for one. Seriously considering a 24 inches for 60 bucks, but also looking at more expensive ones as 4k. Got to have built in speakers, etc.. Got a choice of SCEPTRE (like i had), Asus, Ace and Gawfolk.

1:10 AM I could not resist and had a few puffs from a cigarette at Spirit Mountain but is it stinking in here now like cigarette smoke (from time to time) (and makes me cough of course).

9:50 PM If it's weekend and it's raining there's gonna be at least one mat in the "no dumping" area. Seen near that dark entrance on the far building.

Awoke this morning in the smell of dirty laundry though it was not smelling yesterday. The reason is they seed everything with bad bacteria from all kinda junk they throw in there. On the ground there are redwood chips, reach in tannins that are strongly antibacterial and breed the weirdest things that jump on anything not perfectly or timely cleaned inside.

Today i washed everything there was to wash but there is the carpet that is moist from the floor underneath. The basement gets full of laundry vapor, from leaks (i use closed circuit drier). Still not feeling comfortable, i thought we should give it a try and go somewhere. Closest. Spirit Mountain.

When we left, the usual scene (now every time we come or go there is one car picking/leaving some kid at Apt.D5). The guy who lives there i think owns two Silverados, and in one of them today parked outside the apartment they were at least 2 mats that were wetted by rain (he also likes to dry his boots on sunny days on the top of his trucks).

Was very sleepy, the drive was harder than anticipated but we made it there. About the weird stuff that happen i may or may not write tonight. But now i know the reason.

When we got back here the building was surrounded with laundry perfume, maybe covering some not so well washed clothes (by the smell). About the vent from the washer upstairs and its weird design i wrote many times before. The pipe goes through basement and opens at ground level, under out kitchen window and main door.

Angela saw one day one of the women upstairs (there are at least 2 and one guy) heading towards the opposite side of the entrance of complex with someone which means they got friends in the complex. Friends with or without a laundry machine inside. With or without kids.

I do not believe in the DNA theory but some might and a different reality could open for them. The thing is whatever was in that laundry vapor today was on our clothes too from passing through the vapor when we left, from getting inside and one could swab the chairs we were sitting on inside the casino.

I was telling Angela today. At Fox Pointe complex in Vancouver we lived next to the laundry room. At Sussex in Beaverton, not for from it and above etc..

And yes for the second time i had to pick those palm branches from under our bedroom window that fell from upstairs and take them to the garbage.

10:20 Yeah i think i can write about. There is a bar inside the casino called North. There is a two (native) people statue outside the NW entrance and the guy points a triple claw towards North (Star?). I don't know what to make of it.

1:35 PM Smoke. Forgetting where i put things seconds after. Dropping things out my hand. Tripping on bins with medical supplies covering the bedroom floor.

10:55 I will not go through all the details of my adventures at the doctor today or how many accidents i avoided on the road. But i figured something. Some of the staff members there are actors from the movie Billions, now free on Paramount.

But i figured something i need to share with everybody here. For years  now i knew the car starts to loose oil when getting closer to the change interval. Not much before that. I had some leaks that i fixed and is still doing it. Part of it, yes could be the wearing of the rings and cylinder walls. My car has steel sleeves for cylinder walls and i would think most advanced steel for rings. But at 180 k one would expect that.

But then i watched a video a few days ago that enlightened me. I could put a link to the video but the video is long and you have to be really into mechanics to understand what the guys means to say.

And then yes, why is the car loosing oil before oil change and not after that?

The key is carbonization. Oil splashes from the pan when the crankshaft moves and washers the cylinder walls when the pistons are up and the innermost ring. Some of the thin layer that remains and lubricates the movement of rings burns and turns into soot (carbon) that accumulates in the oil and accounts for the black color towards the end of change interval.

Also some of the oil components like detergents degrade in time due to hellish conditions inside the engine.

So this is what happens. More carbon sticks on the rings and with today's tighter clearances, it feels the space and makes the ring stick in its groove on the side of pistons and not expand all the way to seal the combustion chamber which results in more blowby, loss of power, more oil getting through PCV valve into the intake and making the valves stick, name it.

Most oils i see today and i prefer the cheaper mineral (impossible to find) ones and mixes, which have less paraffin (wax) in them which makes the valves stick even more, are advertised for 10k or more. Oil change intervals in newer cars are also above 5k miles. However, as the car accumulates more and more carbon deposits on cylinder walls, heads, rings, it goes into a spiral which results in oil consumption.

One easy fix which is also prevention of the problem is to change oil when it starts turning black ignoring the manufacturer's intervals and stuff.

For some cars it may be too late, for some cars oil will turn black within days which means it accumulated sludge (mostly made of soot) in all the corners of the oil pan etc. and you will need 2 or 3 changes before you see oil stays clear longer etc..

There are detergents that you could add in oil and run in the engine for 5 minutes or one hour like in the video, etc. before changing the oil but that seems too harsh to me. Just change oil applying the rule above (when it turns black) a couple of times which brings fresh detergent from fresh oil and gently cleanses the engine a the "natural way" also with no other effort than maybe an extra oil change a year in most cases.

It can be done i guess without even changing the filter because filter does not blocks the soot. Or it does? Maybe clogging of the filter with soot makes the bypass valve open most of the time and yes, you go in that spiral. Ok next time i got to Walmart i buy the oil and than across the street at Autozone, the filter and will try to do it maybe in the next couple of days when temperature will be above 60.

11:20 It smells like an open bag in the bin. I went to take our garbage and saw the blue bag most likely from E4, open on the bottom of the almost empty bin. Which means i would need my fishing pole with a hook at the end (and expose my wound to cold one more time) to fish that bag and knot it, but i tried something else which sometimes works, sometimes doesn't, depending. I put my garbage sack on top of it. Smell still lingers, don't know if it will go away or if i will have to go and knot that bag.

12:00 AM OK I figured who the guy upstairs is...

10:30 Last night they brought in a carpet cleaner at 9 PM... This morning a guy with an old truck with big engine and little or no muffler came to go through the garbage and pick the pieces of furniture from it, right after i ate.

1:45 PM I looked at Amazon and saw got an item at the door. Was getting ready to go and pick it but delayed a little and somebody climbed the stairs for upstairs. This is an example of how thet get many things done, through synchronization alone, nothing else. What would have been if i opened the door and picked that item while somebody got out of the car or worse, passed by door, etc..

1:51 I didn't feel warmer... Not to me... (no more at the mercy of weather man/women for this kinda of statistics...

11:45 PM smoke started maybe a couple of hours ago and is seriously impairing my functioning. Don't know what to do about wound, went outside twice, once to knot that bag, was pain free all day until then, smell has almost gone, my cellulitis next to wound flared up, i trip on things inside here, etc.. I ate potatoes, my BG went 180, there was microwave signal coming from somewhere, etc..

180 corresponds to an A1C of 8, but lately i was all the time under 150, wondering  how it is now, should be close to 7.

7:20 AM I  have no choice but to explain what happened yesterday. We decided to go out for the first time in months after i saw the wound is stable and doing well on optifoam. As i said i realized when i got outside we have been drowned in smoke with no usual weekly relief. It took me hours to clear my mind a little.

Just before i left i ate some cucumbers sitting in the fridge for at least a week, soft at core (as side for other stuff) which started me a bad episode.

When i got after the intersection of 99 and TS hwy had to stop at a gas station but saw the Autozone was closer to where i parked and went in there where i spent about 15 minutes to clear myself up in two episodes. I don't think that restroom was for customer as i had to pass the counters and some racks but they let me in as i was groggy.

In the parking lot next to US Bank ATM in Tualatin there was in front of me this car with LPN QUT. First i thought is said OUT. The one next to me had the same three groups of later and the one next to it QUD. Everything was in slow motion so i did not have time to react. Most of the cars on the road after that had the three letters starting with Q.

7:43 I could never understand how videos or tiktoks that are more "interesting" than others get more likes. I mean, how they know before they click? Yeah, shares, maybe.

11:38 PM Angela fell asleep. He went down the stairs to the car, like last night and now he started to creak the floor and awoke her. Could it be someone else with more energy climbed instead.

I did the insulin shot and though i waited like 5 seconds before i pulled the needle, some (about 10-20% of the whole dose) squished on my clothes and probably on the skin and inside the skin when i pulled it and now i got a reaction (shortness of breath). 4 mm  needles are very short and have to apply some pressure when i do it to go deeper in the fat layer under skin. Bigger needles create worrisome air bubbles in the pen.

We went tonight to Chinook Winds after a long time (could have been 2 months). When we left i felt smoke smell outside, very similar to cigarette but it took hours to clear my mind. Some of the effects are: we both yell at each other, make bad decisions in every day small things and forgetting one minute what we done earlier or where we put things. In my case, extreme laziness (close to a stupor).,

In there, constant pressure from other people, including a (pretty good) Alexa Crush meme at Road's end, many other people inside. I had the feeling i was not left alone not for one single minute. All for cameras of course.

Yes in Romania before 89 we all attended philosophy classes both in HS and college with of course the need to explain Marxism. I hated those because like physics it was mostly the history of philosophy. Mostly the need to memorize things vs the thrill of long threads of easy, logical reasoning (yes, via patterns).

8:00 Awoke with pain. Tended to my wound. A combination of triamcinolone and triple ointment antibiotics last night reduced the redness and swelling on the skin next to it. Wound is visibly shrinking. Some smoke made its way in here.

9:30 Can noise be violence? Several instances so far with loud exhausts, severely disputing my thoughts processes, setting me powerless and mad. Last while i was reading this "news".

12:20 PM Another one. Ran out 2 or 3 days ago. Ordered for today but is not coming on time.

Last doctor's strategy for my wound was triamcinolone outside wound and Silvadene inside. However Silverdene eats away my granulate so i tried Triple ointment inside and a mixture of triamcinolone with triple outside.

That did not work either and got swelling and pain outside so i sprinkled cephalexin on it, now waiting for the infection to clear. So far the biggest granulation i saw was with optifoam and cephalexin sprinkled on dry wound (Opti foam keeps moisture for granulation), ordered some as shown above, is not coming today.

I think i could be days away from a conclusion however i am missing the right strategy and supplies and right now i'm in trouble (infection again).

Got better results with betadine than Silverdene.

5:25 I have been doing searches in imdb for  Hungarian actors for years (at least 8 to be more precise); however google does not allow me to do it anymore. Only ten at a time and then after 100 i get this. Then i have to wait and then it lets me less and less. Now i get the puzzle after 20.

10:45 Yesterday i got in big trouble with the wound. After cleaning inside the apartment for many hours and the inspection, i went outisde to deal with the poops. Smoke coming from outside influenced my decision and what followed after. That is i feel alseep without tending to the wound.

I woke up in a couple of hours with biggest pains i had since this episode started. I put several patches and took several antibiotics pills and got better just in time for today's doctor's visit.

I was surprised to hear him say my wound stayed the same in the last 2 weeks since last visit. Here is a screenshots with the two pictures showing differences in 15 days.

However he identified what he said was dermatitis (next to wound from where all the chills and pains came from) and gave me an anti-allergic ointment for that area only which worked (a little).

I know i started to have all body allergies (itching) after i used Opti foam which BTW made the biggest progress.

I did not put any extra patches and took only two pills today however every time after i dress the wound i get the chills so i put a patch and think about taking one more pill before i got bed.

11:00 PM As the noise from upstairs subsided, the apartment filled with smoke from outside.I believe it got to my head already and here's the proof (what just came to mind, the demons i have to deal with). "Cu viteză americană și cu tactică germană".

3:05 PM I think it's related to me reading the news, they started a very loud base upstairs, Angela was trying to get some more sleep (she got only 3 hours last night). I picked some ideas from the news but got so mad i forgot what i wanted to write.

5:22 I freshly tended to my wound. Amazing how all pain goes away when i apply some antibiotic on it (best), sprinkled some and too some orally. Upstairs a rare instance of doing laundry. I was thinking.

When these guys spread across Australia some 4000 BV (Pama Nyungan culture of which some became noongars and the Hungarians of Attila (with their unconventional war tactics) and the mongols and ninja etc.) they did so because they have learnt how to manipulate the tiny elements.

Do yo remember how the movie Mars Attacks ends? Got that one pushed a few days ago on youtube, not by chance. An illustration of what's happening to me. They get by a lot by tickling the humor in masses.

So they did today. Knowing i took apart my closed circuit drier that was full of one year worth of lint (on some circuits). Though i removed most of it in the tub with the shower head, some stayed in there.

So they brought a bunch of old clothes next to the battleground which explains why that AC i use in the drier stinks now so bad.

Of which i didn't know but when i got out to check for poops at least next to the entrance and i felt the smell from there so i decided it was time to remove all of them and i saw.

One can of beer (just bought a box from Walmart) etc.. I used 9 bags for dog and cat poop. And guess what. I saw a few drops of rain. I think i will take that AC and the flexible pipes outside no matter what they will think of it.

Yes they do manipulate tiny things. Whatever i eat at home one day i found on the landscape, exposed to soil bacteria. I believe they call it spirituality or witchcraft but i would call it handling unclean things. 

Just when i was thinking we have to thank the Brits for opening the Pandora's box, i realized it was not their fault for Attila and all the Mongols comming in Europe. However the Brits and French did participate in parting of the Ottoman Empire of which some fell under some weird influence and went "radical" and anti-western and now are under the big dilemma of the day.

8:10 AM Completely silent upstairs now but when i went in the bathroom @6:30 a Niagara Falls sound (water flowing a few seconds through the faucet in the empty tub, "to warm the pipe") and then more silent shower combined with a chocking smoke coming from outside triggered a whole anxiety episode.

When that type of smoke or others are present, there is never noise upstairs.

I don't usually hear that sound in the morning and generally lately. It caught me by complete surprise. 
But there was no surprise to me they knew when i went at the bathroom as they know all the time where i am and what i am doing, following me many times throughout the apartment with synched noises.

Could have been retaliation because i started earlier the washer a few seconds and then shut it down thinking it was too noisy too early. But it was during the time of noisy stumps in the morning though today it was silent though someone still left shortly after like usual.

I am now using a mask inside, trying to catch my breath. It feels like i'm breathing through my brain, and my lungs are never filled enough.
 
Lately they put loud TV if our TV sound setting is above 3 (out of 50) after 10 PM. It is true, it can be heard upstairs even at this low volume because these apartments are not sound proof. (Though they never talk to each other, in any language).

6:57 Tricks tricks tricks. There was a big diesel engine in  the parking lot and the kitchen window was about 4 inches open from doing laundry. I was in the kitchen area and peeked through the blinds to see what makes that noise and saw right in front of me a woman climbing the stairs also with a grocery bag. A novelty. Didn't have time to see her face, just instinctively backed up.

Yesterday we both went to Whole Foods to pick a free same day delivery Amazon wound care item (which i haven't even used, i changed my mind) and at the entrance of the complex (time was 3:30) stopped a school bus, opened the doors while station on 65th which is unusual, they normally enter in the complex and then opened the door, about ten well groomed Latino kids got out, i got to wait for them to pass or until the bus started, a long couple of minutes while all traffic on 65th was stopped and drivers looking.

After Whole Foods we went at Walmart, me waiting in the car, after half hour i started the phone but was keeping it out the window on speaker to minimize exposure at the legs, one curly big haired fat guy came to pick the carts and it looked like i was taking picture of him etc. and it felt like it was dispatched. BTW why Walmart prefer to pay people to gather carts instead of adding more cart bays in the lot? (they are very few and distant).

Most time when i go in the kitchen to get some foods and it is predictable, they bring a car at the day care apartment (D5). When we go or come from somewhere people with little kids get out.

It feels like they are getting real tight at me.

7:10 Was experimenting with Optifoam. Engineered to keep the moisture inside and suck the exudate while maintaining a certain humidity which really accelerates would heeling.

Problem is i have very bad circulation in the left side of the foot and it gets worse with cold. When cold enough, all the surface blood vessels constrict to keep temperature in and that does not help with wound heeling but it promotes infection which comes from the eschar.

So i have to keep it warm, got a couple of heavy cuffs which heat up in the microwave for 30 seconds and keeps warm for several hours. Yes of course i checked the temperature with different thermometers, on and off, don't want more than body temperature at the wound.

I had a big setback on Sunday when i went outside with the puny shoes with no sole and the ground was cold and my foot got chilled and the skin next to wound infected really bad (red-blue purple). So i went back to antibiotics in patches, got 4 of them in 24 hours, was really bad, i thought i got it out of control and also wore the cuffs.

But then i saw the biggest granulation ever. First didn't know what to make of it, i thought it was adhesive from the optifoam. But then i quit wearing the cuffs, did not put optifoam anymore, not knowing where the infection was coming for and the next day the wound dried and i lost most of it so i went back to optifoam.

6:42 March annual apartment inspection on Thursday. Deep cleaning, found some weird white stuff on bathroom sink cabinet walls (inside), don't know what it was but smelled bacterial and human dead skin, just cleaned it. Now i stink like that stuff, got to take a shower. Could that have contributed to my never ending skin infection next to the wound.

12:02 AM There is smoke in the apartment. I keep making mistakes, forgetting things, take wrong decision about the wound etc.. Upstairs they keep making noises though they toned it down a bit. Maybe they are affected by smoke as well.

6:00 PM Everybody walks and hit things a bit differently. Though the script remain the same, there are subtle variations in what people upstairs are doing. The reason they never talk to each other (except when i mention it, i hear one single feminine voice on the stairs and sometimes a guy caughing).

Rest of the time they must be different persons. I noticed earlier one guy making less and less noise like he got tired and i relaxed thinking there will be a break and then he left and half hour or one hour later he came back full of energy enough to tear the floor apart for hours.

5:25 PM Amazon is always screwing me in critical moments. Everything comes in time except items i need right away.

11:30 PM No more response for antibiotics (triple ointment) + sprinkled amoxicillin and Augmentin systemic. Color of skin around wound became blue/purple. Deep pain inside, could be bones.

Out of desperation and intuition switched to betadine (iodine), used three times in 12 hours and now again at 24 hours and clindamycin oral (for several days now, which i have not taken before) plus Augmentin cutaneous. Kept my legs elevated and within hours pain turned to soreness and then it was gone. Never thought this would happen, the way i felt and the wound looked. Was thinking ER.

Skin color is almost back to normal. Some focal point on the upper left disappeared. There is still some numbness, don't feel nothing when i touch the wound. It happened during debridement too.

When all that bacteria died, i went briefly numb when i woke up the second time this morning. It happened before in some mornings since this started. Trouble walking, talking, chewing, that goes away during the day. It all indicates i had clostridium probably still have some. Massive bacteria death from betadine releases toxins that is.

BTW i get chills every time i eat something from the fridge.

Lately i slept in the bedroom, changed sheets weekly, showered every other day using rose soap, my sense of smell is coming back and i can tell there is still some s...t smell coming from the closet from the old pan under then new heater. Plan on flooding that closet again with ozone.

Upstairs. They became extremely active especially after last trauma with the boot. By reviewing the pictures of the boot frame and seeing the dedication they use for walking and creaking and stumping for  hours, following my thoughts and moods, i start to believe again the Satanism hypothesis.

9:30 It started about 30 minutes ago. A power blower that drives me nuts. I know today is Wednesday and they were suppose to come, but usually after 2 PM. Today i was about to miss them cause i have an appointment at 2. So they came early just to make sure i get it?

1:15 PM The frame of the boot, made of strong metal bars have been somehow fixed by the doctor himself in the office (i tried and it's not easy).

Yesterday i wanted to use the cushion part of the boot (it normally sticks by velcro on the two bars) just to warm up my foot and leg but i realize it is not possible because it also has a defect (the seam on the left side is longer) that creates a wrinkle that also presses on the side of the foot next to wound, creating pressure on the inflamed tissue and bruising it. As of right now, the new bruising after the last use at Walmart has not been undone completely.

12:40 For what's worth it. (Another) 5 months of noise and misery have ended. Will i ever be able to walk on it? 

5:12 AM It wasn't until the apartment filled with smoke from outside that my pain stopped.

Pain awoke me at 3:30 AM. Both from the wound (burning) and from diarrhea, because there was a poop next to hydrant all day yesterday (in fact, 3 small pieces).

Trouble is Angela awoke too because she can feel my pain. First, she was talking in her sleep while i was hurting and cursing at the boot (in my mind) then she fully awoke.

Yesterday we both went at Walmart to get some wound supplies. As i said, could not find rolls of gauze (the good ones, 4 inches wide, made of cotton, just ordered some online). The stretching ones made of synthetic materials always tight the wound, cutting blood circulation. Towards the evening she found a cotton one forgotten in a bag.

But it could not help me much because yesterday i used the boot they gave me two weeks ago at the Wound Care Center. Mostly to keep me warm.

The tiny woman who bandaged my wound and gave me the boot could not adjust it herself because that boot is made of two metal bars full of Velcro. You are supposed to align the cushion part with the two bars and stick it to them. But it requires some force to do it. So she let me adjust it.

There was little time left from the visit so i did it in a hurry. Then they sent me to the lab where my CRP was elevated. It means inflammation. With the cushion on, you can't really see the boot is crooked. I never took a good look at until now.

I did an X-ray and was also supposed to do and MRI that was ordered after that. I walked towards the X-ray lab with my boot on.

But first, look at the boot. My foot barely fits there in the narrow area without the cushion. With the cushion it stays really tight, cutting circulation, especially after tightening in the upper side with the Velcro strips.

But after tightening of the Velcro strips it also stays in there crooked (and you do not realize it), with the ankle pressing on the left metal bar. There is a picture of my leg after i came from Walmart. The area was bruised. Later it became painful. Pain went deep inside.

5:40 Today i have another appointment there. He keeps asking for the MRI. How the MRI is going to come out after wearing that boot? I keep telling Angela how may times we have been screwed by doctors, starting with her botched radiation therapy that destroyed other organs. But there is no stopping her when it comes to taking care of me.

My wound in the maxilla that again took months to granulate and heal, while i ate with a straw, rinsed with salt water and took antibiotics for several months. My fractured jaw last year at the dentist, etc..

No i did not wear the boot much, only about three or four times. That day when they gave it to me. At least once when i went to pick the poops, last time with 4 F15s passing above. Yesterday at Walmart. But my mind is not working in real time when the apartment is intermittently flooded with smoke.

Yes i noticed that area left of the wound was bluer and swollen all the time and had a never healing infection.

Today after another week i have another appointment there. Angela went to work at 6 and she is comming back at 11 so we can go.

Just checked my blood pressure. It is elevated because i am stressed out. 160/89. But is not 214 over 108 like it was in there last time. They took it 4 times. The machine kept inflating, like three times each "attempt". It started something in the 180s/90s and then escalated. They put on the chart the biggest.

7:05 Just looked at the chart. He said a week ago he did a debridement though he told me he was going to remove just the pieces that are about to fall out. There is a picture of it (can see office cabinets in the background). When i got out they were asphalt fumes from a construction nearby. However in that day i did not wear the boot. In that day i showed him and posted an image showing visible progress of the wound in ten days without debridement.

I did not have any progress in the last 7 days. There are many things wrong in that note, including. He did not do nail debridement. There is no abnormal nail shape. He did not update my A1C since last test from 10.2 to 8.1. My blood pressure came elevated due to a broken or manipulated machine. Size of partial debridement was about 1 sqcm not 3. I was not referred to him by dr.Tomczak but by dr.Moore etc..

7:26 Yes i do have to wear a mask inside to mitigate with some of the smoke. Still dealing with the damage (bruising) and pain done yesterday by the boot.

10:50 PM They have been very active tonight upstairs. No talking, just walking, dragging things around. Angela knocked on the wall and yelled, they stopped for a couple of minutes. Cannot understand what they are doing in the bedroom to make these noises.

6:00 AM Poop apocalypse. As i said before there are at least 68 million dogs in the US or 1/4 of total number of people or roughly one dog per two houses. They poop twice daily in amounts comparable to humans.

However humans use toilets but pets don't, they rely on their symbionts to be manually serviced and there are no regulations on how a dog poop should be disposed of (how to properly knot the bags that is) and most owners simply don't know as 99% of the bags in the dumpsters are not (properly) knotted and they smell worse than those simply left on the ground, unbagged.

Yeah i know the problem seem trivial to many but after i ran into it for so many years now i can tell you, it is not. There is no general agreement on how to do it. There are videos on  how to knot a bag with poops but some promote mistakes as well.

BTW as i write here i feel some smell coming from outside. And my ginger tea went cold.

7:25 I saw a cistern like vehicle with the inscription "concrete pumping" and opened the door and it looks like they finally came to pour concrete on the newly created pathway north of the alley. Now i hear the pump pumping. Could it mean they are getting closer to finishing and at least i won't hear the excavator that was working there for the past 4 months no more?

2:40 After one hell of a day with pouring concrete (must have been @5 of those) he started the black BMW and let it idle until the RPM went normal exactly when i finished pulling the bandages to do my wound dressing, like so many times before. How does he know?

5:11 The main reason i went to Walmart today was to watch the parade on the sidewalk there to buy bandages. However, the most common and important item used in wound dressing is missing there and i can't find it on Amazon either (the sterile, cotton, fluffy type).

11:44 Laying in bed, reading the news. Just took by blood pressure with an automated arm cuff Omron monitor and it came 159/83. Last Friday i went to doctor's office and they had an automated monitor that kept inflating and making me nervous and it came ofer 200/100.

BTW they did some partial debridment of the wound and ever since i started to have pains and my wound does not progress anymore.

1:25  PM Why i am reluctant to do an MRI. This case is rare but i believe some very little damage your body recovers fast is done at any test and the already impaired, hard to heal tissues may be damaged further.

3:48 Smoke, all the time. Vague. Angela came, took a bunch of Amazon boxes outside the door and then at the recyclables. Some funny dressed young guy passed. I saw the swan neck like excavator arm dancing again between the buildings across the alley. It has been more than 4 months since they started.

I wanted to make a modification at the wound dressing (by analyzing last images i realized nothing is not good either) by adding some triple oint on top of eschar and outside rims. The moment i took the bandage off, the black BMW started. One very loud awkward long minute, than the RPM went down and he left.

2:35 AM I got up and was trying to change bandages when an incredibly loud thing started just outside door entering the 4th minute now.

8:00 About half  hour ago i removed the bandages to look at the wound. Someone started a big engine with modified exhaust and it sounded like the tan Yukon across the alley (D9).

8:45 Was about to say i had a big breakthrough yesterday. After i realized using saline at body temperature does not create pain and need for antibiotics right after every time, much speeding the healing process, i decided not to put anything anymore on the wound as i am under the impression that anything at all, like petrolatum, triple antibiotic ointment, betadine, silverdene, sprinkled cephalexin and God forbid, honey, eats away (dissolves) the new fibrin tissue which then sticks on the sterile gauze pad.

I had no pain this morning after about 8 hours, just some sort of light, weird numbness which went away after i started moving. When i looked with my eyes the empty spaces around the remaining eschar looked pink but when i took the picture using the same LED daylight soft lamp i used so far, the granulating tissue came yellowish so i tried to take a picture under daylight.

But then just from exposing the wound too much at room temperature, the deep skin infection around it re-started instantly and  now i am scrambling to eat something so i can take another augmentin. Could it be the last?

Cold creates vasocontraction and an infection "in balance" re-starts right away. But the areas seen deep red bellow on the right corresponds to an area that appeared days after the 5 minutes doppler examination at an artery branching point nearby, with subsequent skin damage at the surface (one square centimeter  pink skin on the right).

9:19 After not hearing her for a while, the crazy ninja woman from Apt.4 came on the balcony and started talking (probably) gibberish in Spanish (real fast, no breaks to listen for an answer) on the phone. It sounds like rain flowing inside a gutter.

I think they started her because i am so mad with the woman at DS9 with the tan SUV that started again to act up these days. Only when i dress the wound. One day i was at the dumpster, knotting bags, and she passed, looked straight at me and making the cross sign. Just another cover or double down.

8:57 Can't remember what time i went outside. Could have been between 6 and 6:30. Ok. Got two pictures with poops done with the phone.

It was a thick smoke and  60 degrees. However the ground was very cold and those open heel shoes have a very think sole and got cooled, especially at the calculus bone and now i feel it like an active sore. Probably would not have done it if it wasn't for the smoke. Put a patch above ankle with one Augmentin, one Amoxicilin and lots of water under a waterproof pad.
