I remember at least the first doctor at Bridgeport clinic, Michael Jacko, gave me through feet exams a at least a couple of times. I remember i saw him after he retired at the food court at Spirit Mountain. He passed my table and said something like "are you still surviving?".
I remember Angela kept telling me to tell the doctor when i went to see him at approximately 4 months intervals (mainly to adjust my insulin dose (dr. Bedolla)) to look at my legs however though i told him, i was not really focused on it like i am right now like to ask for tests and he kept telling me i have to lower by BS. My BS really went down after the last round of antibiotics for the wound.
10:20 Ok so far i have refrained myself from posting pictures with my body parts and stuff but today i have to post one with my right foot. Because of the now almost healed X-shape wound on the right ankle that i discovered in about the same time when i did on the left.
It all looks better after i slept 4 hours last night and laid for 3 more this morning. After i stand, it usually turns a shade or two bluer which proves i have poor circulation, mainly due to numerous varicose veins.
The wound on the left foot featuring two black eschars in the middle is also X shaped and looks pretty much like the Orion constellation. Like it was initiated with a laser cut in the shape of a cross or an X in a place where i could not see.
I have pains that are dulled by neuropathy caused numbness in my feet and legs all the time. All it took is walking in casinos at Christmas and then i think on the streets here (the 3 miles loop after) and when i saw it it was too late.
The three Egypt Giza pyramids are said to represent the three stars in the belt of Orion constellation.

12:40 PM I have reviewed the clinical notes from ER on Oct 2024. The reason i went in there that morning was very high BP (over 200/100, about to pass out several times) at home and visibly pulsating carotid artery which i saw the first time in the mirror.
They did an ultrasound exam of my carotid and they felt i needed one for the leg which had a coincidental infection from a puncture wound (i found a pushpin needle in there in July, most likely coming from my shoe) which was very slow to heal.

There is a picture there showing an almost healthy leg mostly because of the angle. The stains on my legs these days are more prominent because of the infection i developed after i washed that carpet Thursday being under the influence of smoke from outside. Same goes for my blood glucose which went up almost one hundred ever since. But the look and feel (numbness) of my legs did not change much in ten years, though the stains fluctuate.
The ultrasound on the right foot came perfect so they ruled out CLI. One thing i do not understand is how can you measure arterial flow laying when you have poor veinous circulation causing borderline CVI which manifests standing or sitting (my case). I mean, if the blood is not flowing out well through veins how can it flow in. The blue stains on the outer sides of both my feet did not change again in a long time.

8:45 PM I have been sent by the doctor i saw yesterday at Meridian Park across the street to actually do a PAD (peripheral artery disease) test. The ABI test to be more precise.
I googled and saw the test implies measuring arterial blood pressure in an arm and in a leg in about the same time and then dividing systolic pressure in ankle vs arm. Since you cannot hear with a stethoscope the blood pulsating in your leg (like you can in the arm) the artery being smaller and deeper you have to use a small portable vascular doppler device that translates blood flow into sound.
But then i remembered years ago i played with my automated BP monitor and measured my BP at ankles just to see if i cam read anything and i could. I don't remember any difference between the arm readings and the ankle readings back then and i thought that was an alternate way to measure BP.
And then i had this idea and googled again and mr. google told me that i can do the ABI test with a regular automated BP monitor (though they also have specialized machines that probably include several monitors to measure it simultaneously in all locations),
Which i performed and the readings came in the middle of normal range (though not the same as 20 years ago), with about 5% consistent difference between left and right leg, doing the test repeatedly, (left foot being bluer in color than right).
And yes i will go to the test to get the "official" or "certified" results.
