9:55 Dressing the wound. A vehicle with modified exhaust came to thunder outside. It raised so much dust it made me sneeze.

11:32 There was visible damage done by yesterday's artificially psychogenic induced claudication of my feet.

The way o dress the wound these days. First i do a bit of saline (very expensive). Then i apply a thick layer of triple antibiotics ointment with petrolatum which i gently rub thoroughly and i remove with one finger passed parallel on the direction of movement. I repeat the above. This way all small debris are removed, living a thin layer of triple a.

Then i apply a layer of Mupirocin (expensive, prescription) which mixes with triple a layer. Then i sprinkle some Cephalexin dust form an open capsule (only two left). So far i got 5 antibiotics on the wound.

Then i put a 4x4 sheet of xeroform on top, and make sure it touches on the edges to prevent stuff from entering. Then i apply one sterile 4 by 4 which i tape on the edges because rolls of gauze do not stay unless i tighten them a bit and create some non zero pressure. Then i put an over the shoe plastic protector on my foot so i can walk on the wall to wall carpet.

Anything less than this leads to pain and chills and redness.

11:55 Some subconscious part of my brain has been (always is) in constant dialog with AI guided loud noises from outside including doing the wound dressing (the second time) which made me nervous so i spilled my coffee from the tiny x shaped legs table with the monitor next to bed directly on the PC.

Luckily no liquid has entered the in and out air grills placed sideways and is still working.

12:12 PM

1:30 Still experiencing claudication, tried to relax my back muscles. She came. Now filling the tub with water, big noise. Taking a bath here is next to impossible, because the heater empties and water cools before the tube is filled, and the tub is too short for someone taller than 5 ft.
