7:17 AM In the last 2 hours since i awoke after 3-4 hours of sleep there have been 4 very loud vehicles unnecessary idling for minutes and there is some sort of smoke or mold inside which possibly changes my mood.

I discovered that if i use petrolatum on the eschar alone, some limited debridement occurs (brown stuff comes on the sterile pad when i remove it), exposing the subcutaneous or maybe connective tissue under, with no granulation. Some very limited granulation happens at the rims of the skin.

Also awoke with pain, mostly burning deep inside tissues which at beginning i thought was because increasing antibiotics (augment) both in patches and oral, after again dull pain propagating upwards on the leg last night.

That is because yesterday i did not sprinkle the wound including eschar with Cephalexin which right now i have finished and did not have enough active (wet) patches and i took an Augmentin oral before i fell asleep which together with the patches, promoted heat in painful areas and then allowed me to fall asleep.

The eschar became painful to touch (with sterile glove, when spreading petrolatum from triple ointment) and have some shooting pains in it from time to time, especially in the lower part. Can still walk but i felt a bit of pain, not necessarily from the bone or tendon.

By the way i felt last night i thought i was going to the ER this morning, now not so sure anymore, the only pain i feel right now is the left tendon behind the knee and my temperature taken orally after keeping my mouth shut for a long time is 36.5 C (last night was 36.8 at some point) which i think it translates to 37 rectal. Now the pain moved to the front left part of calf.

Tomorrow i have an appointment with a wound care doctor,  hopefully he is going to give me some more Cephalexin.

At this point i am not very hopeful as i see very little granulation going on but was looking to other pictures on the web and thinking, what kind of debridement can you do on connective tissue so close to the Achile's tendon and calcaneus bone or if they could do a graft on a such inflamed tissue. Or maybe there is some penetration of the connective tissue.

3:42 I went  outside to check the car for a minute. Oil level was low but at this car it takes 5-10 minutes to settle so the second time it was in range. But they were ready and came with a little 2-3 old outside from Apt.D5 (day care) so i got back (out of their way) before finishing checking all tires.

By the way they show i should measure threads (the deepest groove), i got about 5 mm, not much change since last summer or 14k ago.

Between first and second measurement i checked for oil leaks at the gasket and at the filter. No leaks and they oil went up the gauge another 2 mm and probably will more.

I have 50k since i put these tires in february 24 and it looks like i can easily do the 65k the tires are advertised for. Too bad cause i found on Amazon some nice ones at 108 a piece for 85k miles (will this car last that long).

The one they put on yesterday at Les Schwab is not distinguishable from the other 3.

From being outside for about 5 minutes, my wound now hurts.
