7:11 AM I currently take prescribed Cephalexin 500 mg 2-3 times a day and a beta lactamase inhibitor. I ate and took my medicine last time at 9, fish and chips (lots of carbs). Also, after i ate (drank whatever) bone broth 2 times in the last days my wound made big progresses.

I had some maceration with areas of skin next to the wound turning white and ready to peel due to use of xeroform (bismuth) petrolatum for 2 days in a row which is for low exudating wounds only. Black areas in the middle also turned brown.

Currently do not feel like i need antibiotics anymore. But i have to keep the area warm, otherwise infection under diabetics damaged skin is going to flare up and area starting hurting again. So i just put a bandage over.

But the most interesting part is since i take antibiotics which is since i discovered my wound (@january 12), my BS keeps getting lower and lower on the same amount of insulin and metformin i took about a year ago with much more modest effects (then i kept increasing by dr. prescription insulin with no metformin until i got beyond the point of insulin resistance which i think increased my BP dramatically

I noticed this happening on other occasions when i took antibiotics but it is a very long process. Other "side effects". I do not have to go to restroom so often.

So i got 117 this morning on fasting which is very good news for my wound also cause BS under 140 promotes healing of wounds.

Also been nauseated the last days from a cat poop i found yesterday in a location i have not found before and was not searching, 3 ft away from the door. But who knows what is outside this morning. Two charcoal caps this morning helped with that.

7:55 Not very big, some of those could be concealed under clothing.

2:30 PM Long term infections like UTIs or teeth or worsened by environmental issues like the presence of dog poop aerosols in the air causes inflammation. Inflammation increases cortisol levels. Cortisol blocks insulin. Antibiotics reduce inflammation.
