10:30 Amazon always does this. Lets me down in critical moments. Angela ordered last night some wound wash and paid 3 bucks to have it overnight. It has been delayed. I ordered a pair of boots, one size up, wide. There was no choice but normal and wide. However they came medium.

10:32 Most people of my age in the US or their spouses had have some kind of surgery in their lives. They know how it is to care for a wound.

No i did not have surgery. I had blisters on my legs probably due to an endless prank. People spraying something on my shoes when i was letting them outside. One of the blisters was behind in the ankle area, above the heel. Did not see it. It broke and i scratched at night and created a hole with missing derma of about 2 square inches.

They sew your skin after surgery. However here i got missing skin. It has to grow from whatever is under. Fascia. Connective tissues. It is a very slow process and you have to clean it and change bandages several times a day.

April 1st 2023. I think i handled some leaves that came out of the roof of one of the garages. Got a terrible itch on my right hand. I scratched like crazy until it became like this. Went to the ER, went to a dermatologist. It lasted more than one month. I got healed after i sprinkled some amoxicilin dust from a capsule in a couple of days. It would have never healed otherwise.

But now it's much worse. The area is 3-4 times bigger. Thee are black areas in the middle, i assume it is a blood "skin" but could be necrosis from an earlier wound i completely ignored. I do not want to put the picture here so scare someone.

This morning i was feeling much better, i thought i went "over the hill" or the critical point with it and delayed with dressing the wound and did lots of stuff in the kitchen, stepping on the cold floor. Now i got again chills after one hour of doing so.

Yesterday again i thought i was doing better and went outside, with new socks over the bandages and some rubber sandals. It was under 50 degrees and spent like half hour sorting the poops. All hell broke loose after.

Last night i saw in the bathroom again the box with unused Dove rose soap the dermatologist gave me back then to wash the wound. Had two bars. I used one for about a month, it always got better after, but the itch continued until i sprinkled that amoxicillin.

I washed my heel with it and then sprinkled sterile saline i made myself. I started to feel the smell of poop and an idea came to me. What if i actually the smell it's coming from me? My underarms.

My diabetes started around the same time i quit using deodorant. After i saw polyps under my arms and plucked them.

But my underarms don't smell like they usually did when i was young. These days they literally smell like cat and dog s...t. I figure the smell outside is not strong enough to make me sick directly the way i am every day. However the aerosolized bacteria that flies in the air coming from those may seed my underarms.

Yes i am among those who showers about twice a week. Not using deodorant, nobody is supposed so smell me cause i stay  here day and night. At casinos if i go once in the smoking area and smoke a cigarette, there is nothing to smell anymore. In the car i got oil and coolant leaks that act like "deodorants".

So i went in the bathroom, used a kitchen sponge with the tuff part removed and washed under arms with rose soap. Really well. Then i got my wound taken care of (by Angela).

And then guess what. I did not have the urge to go outside to pick the poops anymore. I slept a full 5 hours which to me is quite rare. Was not nauseated in the morning. But when i checked my BS, it was 140. I did not have a reading like this since i discovered i have diabetes and i already had it @300. Lowest was 160 i guess.

Thing is i also reduced insulin to @25 (Lantus units) which is close to lowest (20) due to high BP and take 2 metformin a day. When i was doing 44 units with no metformin it was running close to 300.

I take my diabetes it is all because of the smell from the bacteria that comes from outside, multiplies under my arm and then ends in my gut and it started when i stopped using deodorant under arms.
