6:47 AM I feel the high BP in my areas most affected by cell phone usage in the past, mostly parotid (salivary) glands, areas around my right eye. I woke up after a sleep cycle, having a nightmare at the end. BP was over 200/100. Nauseated.

Very dehydrdated. Took some charcoal caps, made some chamomile tea but was too nauseated to drink it. Finally drank some, i took my BP several times, it went down to 184/100. Planning on taking some lisinopril but still have that charcoal in my stomach, it may absorb it, had to let it pass for about one hour.

Was thinking to upload the files with the noise yesterday when i got outside, first to gather poops and then to go at Walmart, pick my insulin cause i'm running out of it.

As i walked out the door, a terrible noise was coming from both uphill and now downhill. I found out what the're doing downhill. A walking path to go paralel with this complex and to the other and then somewhere else, maybe a half mile in total. They carry all the soil they dig back at the street. Guaranteed noise from trucks and excavators for at least one more month.

Unfortunately my phone's recorder is designed to adjust recording volume automatically according to the sound level, for better voice recording, and yesterday it went down because of noise towards the end of each recording but i can tell it was at least 70 dB. It was like beating in metal parts, big engines running, a 100 dB beep and then a helicopter flew just above tree levels. I felt i was about to faint.

While i was preparing the upload, as soon as they figured what i am planning to do, both the guys from upstairs, the ones from accross started their noisy SUVs, to illustrate what i was about to say.

As temperature outside dropped (44 F, 6 C right now) the poop smell situation got a bit better. Yesterday again had to pick more than 10.

8:05 Earlier i drilled a hole in the drawer i use as desk and put a screw in it and installed my microwave meter in there so it is always visible. As soon as i connected the card reader to transfer those audio files in the PC, the wi-fi started again by itself, the meter started to beep,  putting out significant signal levels (way above my pain treshhold if exposed for more than a few secons) though it was at 2 meters distance. Who knows for how long it was doing this.

9:03 Yeah. Who can understand Windows and women. And who is reading and broadcasting my thoughts. 

1:08 PM Îmi cer scuze pentru ce am spus mai devreme despre accidentul din Rahova. pe baza unor poze de foarte joasă rezoluție.

Blocul pare a fi din prefabricate de beton armat, se văd armături din care unele (lungi, verticale) sunt smulse (beton prea fragil? trebuie analizat) deși în partea de sus se văd și blocuri din fibră izolantă presată. Se pare că cel puțin la camera din colț (baia) trei etaje nu două a fost dărâmate, deci baia a fost plină cu gaz.

Am mai văzut în presă cazuri de explozii de gaz cu butelii dar niciodată cu distrugerea structurii clădirii.

Mai există posibilitatea ca în gazul respectiv să nu fi fost destul mercaptan (pentru identificare, alarmare), metanul neavând nici un miros.


1:40 Sombedy or something has destroyed my sound recorder. First it started to rattle inside, though i have not dropped it and now it does not connect to the computer so i can't record the noises from upstairs.

2:52 PM I think i saw her the other day in the parking lot, heard them talking while living this morning. Then he came back, creeked the floor until i started to search for him and saw her with him in a video. She was the one who dropped her lighter from the balcony weeks ago. 

3:00 Must have pricked my fingers hundreds of times to check for BG. However after he did it for A1C (and the drop was smaller than mine) it won't stop bleeding and my finger is sore to this day. He did it in such a way he covered my hand with his body and haven't seen what he has done. Since that day by BP is permanentely elevated.

3:54 I went at the Wagreens pharmachy to pick something very important for Angela. Before that, i gathered three poops, one gigantic, one with diarhea. Got contaminated with it while breathing from close distance.

At the nearby apartments (the other side of the building, how can they tolerate that) they were clattering flatware like for preparing an early dinner like they do many times when i go for poops. Got nauseated. Building is surrounded by smoke. Had to take two charcoal caps.

However at the Walgreens store drive-in was closed and there was a big sign in front of the store saying Pharmacy is temporarily closed, with a least of nearby Walgreens pharmacies and addresses. Angela having trouble understanding what happened.

She just called the Urgent Care at Providence Bridgeport to transfer the prescription at Walmart but the assistant said only a doctor can do it and she will call us back. It's a pesscription ointment for back pain.

6:22 I went to Walmart, the prescription was there but not covered by insurance. The product was on the shelf as well. There is a weird smoke outside that may contribute to both high BP. At Walmart, could barely walk because of it. Did not have this before my A1C test.

7:00 Was just thinking to write about how the tragedy in Romania happened minutes after i mentioned the Schauberger implosion (not saying he did it but it was worth mentioning) and a car alarm started in the parking lot and ran for a minute. One of the first reactions to the tragedy was of a guy who said something like the building was designed to withstand gravity and dyanimc loads but not for an explosion.
