1:11 AM Last night i got desperate enough and dug a whole in one of my fingers (midlle, right hand) becuase i felt i  had an inclusion (tiny piece of wood or metal). Used a dental proble and a pointed tweezers which i sterilized with alcohol and then UV like the surface of skin. Pronably noy enough but how many wounds like this or bigger i had at my hands in my lifetime?

When i was a kid i almost cut the tip of one finger once and close to half of another one anoter thime. And it took a long time to heal because nobody bothered to take me to a doctor and have some stiches put on.

Hole came about 5 mm in diameter and depth, after which i got tired of doing it and put some bandaid and took an antibiotic. I felt with my proble something in there but could never get it out. Or maybe it was just fragments of skin. Because i went under the skin and touched the fascia, a small whole body infection started and now i feel it everywhere, like a vague pain but not fever.

And yes, like many times before when watching a movie, i saw at WinCo a number of actors from 

Foundation of which i clearly rcognized 3 of them of course all women cause i payed more attention to them in the movie and i am going now after the 4th. Never that many though.

Lou Llobell, buyer with no cart. She has a strange walk (bends like a bow) or was just acting. After i saw her i started to look more carefull and again as buyer i saw Amy Tyger (i know these are not real names) who kept turning her head the other way when she saw i am staring. Again, no cart.

At the checkstand was Isabella Laughland, with red painted hair and all dressed in red like in the movie but way fancier (quite a display). I could not resist, though i knew i could get in trouble but could not just stand there and stare like an idiot and told her i was watching the movie just so see her reaction and she asked with a shy thin voice if i liked it and i said "some of the characters".

She closed the checkstand in that instance, but she accepted the next customer who could have been Lee Pace himself (he looks much thinner in reality). Still looking for the tall bearded guy with gray hair who was in front of me as customer.

1:35 Yeah i'm slowly getting nauseated, soon will have to go and check.

2:02 I was out for about 20 minutes. First i saw a woman with a big dog but she picked and threw it in the back of the dumpster. Can't see it to see if she knotted or not and can't retrieve it anyways. Then i went and looked and could not find any and came back and when i was at the door i felt the smell and went around the building and finally found a bulky one, probably not the whole thing (could she pretend she did not see it all at night).

Really hard to find these days because of the leaves and stuff. There was a guy in the black BMW (the one with modified, noisy exhaust, with tinted windows) yelling on the phone with someone while i was with the flashlight looking next to his car (did not see him at first because of those tinted windows, how can they see at night through those?)

Today i found the fewest, between 5 and 7 maybe. Still burping a bit like rotten eggs though i have not eat no egg today.

10:23 For a tiny splinter in a finger ideal would be a dental x-ray because it has way more resulution. I know 3 dentists but could not speak to any of them today. And then they will start to wory about not having licence to do such things or imposibility to charge me. We live in a world of bureaucracy.

Netflix has a market capitalization 10 times bigger than it's assets value. Microsoft, 6 times. 

Still fail to understand what assets it could possible have for 53 billion. Data centers with movie dababases? (again measured in MW).

Today its market value went down 10% while its assets of course did not change. But all the others turned around at about the time i went around the corner in the kitchen area (unseen from outside). Keep forgetting about that, should not stay there for more than a few minutes at a time. (I did mentioned Apple TV a few times in the last few days).

1:05 Did not take my insulin shot last night, tried some self awareness stuff today trying to relax and unblock the intestinal flow (felt some movements under my stomach), my BP went down to now a more human 155/84, lowest i have read in 2 weeks while this morning at less than 24 hours after last lisinopril it was 213/105.

What else. Took 20 mg of lisinopril earlier and had breakfast (yeah when market started to turn back up) around 1:30 ET and one 5000 units vitamin D3 capsule.
