10:55 AM At this point i have become so frustrated with Windows i have no choice but to switch back to Fedora which i used for about 10 years, or between 2012 and 2022 i guess cause right now i can't remember when my old PC broke and started to use a laptop with Chrome OS until i bought this micro PC. Just watched a video that refreshed much of my memories on installing Fedora.

Yes the last version i remember i used was 27, then i had to stop updating like every 6 months for a new version because they won't support my ancient video card anymore. They got now at version 42 and from what i saw on the video linked above, they got all the drivers in the iso installation file, no need to worry anymore about those.

One of the nice things about Fedora is it does not go like crazy Windows and patches self every week or so you manually reinstall it every 6 months, though you don't have to.

Things have changed of course, number of Fedora users have reached 20 millions by some estimates, installation is easier, i don't have to make partitions to make things faster since i have an SSD card, yeah i know partitions are good for other things but i will pass this time, i won't go so deep with OS renewal.

Thing is i need to install Chrome after since Fedora comes with Firefox (why??? this limits its attractiveness to non geeks...). And yes i have to save and then restore the downloads directory where i got all my stuff for my blogs.

Was wondering if i can get away with buying only one USB stick to both backup my stuff and make it bootable... And since i have 30 gigs in downloads of which most is music (hidden to me by WMP) and i need 10 gigs or something for the iso file, i will need a 64 gigs stick...

Now i remember. The reason the 32 one i bought for my music database in the car was so expensive (around 10 bucks) was i wanted one very small, because i did not wanted it to get broken by prying on it in that narrow space with the lighter plugs where i keep lots of stuff...

3:26 PM I saw Kacem today in yet another disguise. He got in my way, twice while i was leaving for the walk.

It looks like towards the end of the pen insulin has no more effect on me. At about 20 hours since my last 34 units, without metformin (had to stop it because of bad diarrhea) my BG was 425.

Literally jumpy, he jumped about 1.5 meters in the air when he saw me while i was looking for the gigantic poop from the huge white dog from his previous disguise. I backed up and passed by Mako's balcony and her killer dog also barked at me.

Then his wife, the one with a gigantic butt, with a small dog, minutes after. But she is a younger one now and she acted like she was afraid of me, but that did not prevent her to pee her dog in front of our entrance.

There is nothing that can stop them right now since now Macron is a friend of Trump and Nicușor Dan came with the French Connection.

They of course are acting under the principle that if the mob wants to lynch me then i am guilty (of something). Mostly of my blogs.

As long as Macron will be anti-Putin, he can send Kacem here to kill me and i will appear as pro-Putin. Yes of course there is freedom of speech. However you have to be careful who you speak against. and i am speaking against the whole conspiracy.
