3:33 PM As a quick response to what i just posted on the other blog, two ninjutsu trained brown arrogant smiling kids looking Filipino or Japanese, looking like being in a trance (ninja put themselves in trance during dangerous mission, to give them courage), speaking (stumbling on words) short Spanish phrases pass a soccer ball feet away from by glass door. Earlier they even knocked at my door.

More precisely, they shoot in this direction and then one of the comes to pick the ball, yelling all the time, simulating SR71 reconnaissance missions maybe.

About half hour earlier (they weren't here) i started a dough for making pizza.

3:50 Can't take this anymore. Just emailed the office but it looks like they left in that moment (how they knew). Now they moved in the alley.

5:10 I started to take action because they started about a week ago and it will be like this all summer long. The management answered saying that they are allowed to, supervised or unsupervised. In one area of the lease it says the management (Landlord) is enforcing trespassing laws on the property, however the do not enforce the unsupervised kids laws. Thee is no active danger but i flinch every time they hit the ball.

They used the word concreted instead of concrete which i perceive as a threat.

I believe the name Llamas pronounced in the same way as Yama in Japanese. Last time i saw  him he was looking like a Korean actor.

In the lease contract it is written about enforcing state trespass laws be the Landlord, however, nothing about enforcing OAR 414-205-0075 Supervision of Children. Also.

There is a stray cat about to  give birth in one of the common areas (the stairs in front of my door).  

6:33 Right after this email exchange i saw a young man or woman, topless, maybe with a bra on, with upper torso and face behind the bush close to the hydrant, handling a phone. A young curly guy bent forward in an lascivious gesture with pajama like pants was between her and our stairs.

Earlier today when i went to take the garbage i again saw a family dropping a kid at the daycare, with her texting as they passed me. A woman doing the same at xfinity (BTW Angela went today and handed them the modem, despite their protest).

It is the theme of texting, lingering since last weekend. I never text to anyone, but i often leave my phone in the car, like during that evening with the RV vehicle parked at Indian Head (a rare sight). I checked the phone, the text app was never used.

The woman upstairs also cut short her "work schedule" today.
