The picture was of this guy. Trying to figure if he is like 7' tall and why i only heard of him only a few days ago. He's got a transportation firm in Florida? What a cute name. We in Romania have a word for this type of guys. "Cocălari".
I have a feeling he (or his name whatever) was involved in yesterday's incident on Grand Ronde reservation territory, out of Federal, State or any County jurisdiction (you have to pass through it if you wanna go to Lincoln City and nearby cities). He has 3 days ago become the "emissary" of the current Romanian President to Trump, something not belonging to Romania's State or diplomatic structure.
There is another one. Two emissaries. Him i saw a couple of days ago at the construction site on the hill.
Needless to say. It does not work with the wi-fi off. I get no choice at all though both the PC and TV are on the same router, through Ethernet cables. Stupid Windows.

On the other hand, they have their own local Police and stuff and they say County or State or Federal do not have any jurisdiction. I saw that in a movie. Google maps does not show the boundary of the Confederation and i am having trouble figuring it with other sources. Question. Who has jurisdiction over the white man if he commits a crime in Indian Territory like these guys described below did yesterday?

Anyways. Yesterday i was driving on Hwy 18 after i passed the junction, between 5 and 6 PM (hope i will figure the time more precisely). Just before that some guy in a white SUV was hitting the shoulder with right wheels however i thought it was a warning.
The real deal was a vinyl door with a small window loaded in a truck that was probably just pulled out of a wall, loaded with mineral dust can't remember where which got me really irritated by the time i got at my destination (and not realizing).
I remember i was driving next to the concrete barrier separating the 2 directions of the expressway doing 65 on cruise control. Not long after i passed the guy with white SUV i saw in the central mirror a dark big possibly commercial pickup with wide double wheels in the rear, accelerating and approaching in an uncomfortable way and like in the case of the accident in 2021, i had someone on the right lane and the only option was to accelerate.
Due to low level transmission fluid, something i cannot control since i don't have a dipstick, the car would not shift back in 5th when i tried to accelerate, though it was accelerating a little (6th is for economy), and i think i reached 70 or more, though at 2500 RPM in 6th, not a 3500 in 5th where the car has max power. I think it was not doing that in my last trip the day before after i added 200 ml of transmission fluid.
I figured ways to drain or top the fluid very easily. To drain small amounts, much easier than a normal transmission. There is an overflow hole on a side with a twist on plug. I can take it out by twisting it 90 degrees with a 3/8 ratchet.
It does not come out easily but it doesn't need to. It starts dripping after twisting it open. Then i can tighten it back by hand. The same where with the fill hole on top. I twist the plug 90 degrees with two 3/8 extensions 1 ft long each and pull it up completely without taking apart the battery or anything and then pour with a 2 ft long hose and put back the lid.
I could not shift manually because i had the cup of coffee in my right hand and it all happened very fast. When the guy was real close, the transmission finally shifted and i took of.
I remember Friday i drove with the scanner attached and i saw pretty quick temperature variations depending of transmission fluid temperature, depending on how i was driving.
I figure yesterday i accelerated long enough in 6th for fluid to heat up and expand a little, or just enough to function normally.
When i was doing more than 80 Angela started to yell at me not seeing the guy behind.
Then after i passed the guy on the right lane, i changed lanes and in that instant i also passed one guy that was stationed real closed on the shoulder while the dark pickup nearly touched me with his wide spread rear wheels. It took a minute to explain Angela what happened and have that cup of coffee out of my hand.

10:50 I believe i saw this guy with shaven head driving a SECURITY SUV around the Chinook Winds casino yesterday after i got there and on different other occasions.
