3:17 Now i realized i never been too serious about making a good match for her. Part of it was because i kinda liked the game.
6:00 PM To cut costs, Meridian Legacy uses a pharmacist, Herny Tran to dose insulin though the prescription is signed by a doctor. When dr. Michael Jaczko (read Michael Love) told me i need to see him "about my blood chemistry" in 2023 he did not tell me it was for insulin so i lost a whole year of treatment. I went to see Henry Tran in December, he prescribed me some.
However the prescription was signed by dr.Jaczko.
Dr. Jaczko retired in December and Humana threatened to kick me out if i don't have a doctor so i went back to the clinic, talked to the same old woman who got me on board with dr. Jaczko, at a time when nobody wanted to take me in, and she filled again that form and made a first appointment with dr.Bedolla in May.
The primary care doctor written on my Humana card, Nicholas Sweet says he is not in the network anymore.
I saw Henry Tran last week cause i was running out of insulin and he wrote in the notes things not related to my visit, i assume his personal, non-professional impression about our conversation. He made another appointment in 4 weeks though he prescribed insulin for much longer than that. I think he is Asian, but i never saw his face, he is always wearing a mask.
He seemed to have a slight English problem, had to repeat things to him. I was complaining of a permanent nose congestion and the fact i cannot use over the counter decongestants for more than several day. Actually i told him that the whole diabetes thing can be caused by lack of oxygen due to chronic nose congestion and he said that was a beautiful theory, but someone still hast to prove it.
Yeah i know he was critique by the fact that i did 20 units if my BG was more than 300 and 10 if less. Now i do 34 once a day as he said and it always above 300 even after i started Metformin again.
Got an appointment in less than 2 weeks with dr.Bedolla to established care relationship for insurance continuity i guess, cause i don't see any other reason. By his looks he is also Asian (Japanese to be more precise) though has a Latino name.
6:35 I went to take the garbage. They were more than 5 kids playing on the stairs at building E. Then they came here, one of them hit our rail and then the upstairs rail. I went outside to record, he ran in the back, i went in the back to record, he ran away.
6:40 Now they are yelling in the distance.
6:52 I just did 34 unites, got the known reaction. Hot flashes, shortness of breath that lasts up to one hour.
No it is not possible to do it wrong. If i injected it in skin or a blood vessel the blood glucose would go down immediately and dangerously and i checked several times after.
That was not an emergency prescription. I still had half pen or about 5 doses. Visit was planned a month before though it had been delayed by several weeks (he was not in office). I would assume first prescription ever in my life also was not an emergency.
7:07 Just checked by BS. It went from 293 before the injection up to 350. Got chills. Before my injection i went to take the garbage and knot a bag and Angela was sleeping.
