8:55 AM Another one with a slow guitar solo but this time it's a heavy base guitar (actually a synth). 1986, Take my Breath Away, Perlin. Wait a minute. Is she hammered drunk? (It takes one to figure one).

5:20 PM I went to Walmart to finally get my insulin. At pharmacy i got to speak again with Henry, the guy who looks like Captain Sisco from Deep Space Nine. But he only looks cause he's in the fifties and under 6 ft while Avery Brooks is 76 and 6' 1".

Got my insulin, came home and checked my blood sugar before my first dose. It dropped to 228 according to my RelyOn monitor. But i had a meter i bought online with calibration solution and i compared it to the RelyOn from Walmart and RelyOn it showed10% more.

But could not get those type of sticks, they are out of stock both at their site and Walmart. So i have @200 right now. And i did not take the whole dose of Metformin today.

How is that possible since lately i read only above 300 with that meter.

I think i have an idea what happened. Whatever was in that pen and was sprinkled me on my hand the other day when he did a demo caused some thyroid shrinkage. I had all the signs. Hypothyroidism is linked to low blood sugar. Then he calculated the dosage based on my weight and A1C (12) to 20 units.

But blood sugar now is 30% lower than that. So what happens if i have 200 and take 20 units of insulin? But what if the drop continues through the night?

The delay. He messed the prescription for the purpose to delay the whole thing one day or until the thyroid "medicine" starts working. More than that. After i got sprinkled two days ago i went to Walmart and they kept me at the pharmacy at Walmart one hour to tell me he sent the wrong prescription. So i won't wash my hands.

More than this. When i went today to get some milk at Walmart (for my coffee) there was this old Asian guy on an electric scooter who asked me to get him a bottle of milk from the upper shelf. When i get it to him he caught my pinky with his glove and had to pull it away. So i washed my hands and checked my blood sugar on the left hand, something i never do.

So i won't start today, i will write him first. Never mind. I'll wait till tomorrow to check the blood sugar one more time to see if it continues to drop.

6:15 Upstairs she dropped and started.

7:45 Should not lie. I had this level once or twice before in the last months. I have another possible explanation.

Today i was chocking (shortness of breath) and got desperate and sprinkled the pop-corn ceiling in the kitchen area that i know it stinks really bad from cooking, especially when she steps upstairs, with chlorine and then i aired the whole place for at least half hour. Started to breath much better, not chocking much in the evening. Breathing better, more oxygen, higher or normal metabolism, less blood sugar.

However even if you bring your metabolism to nominal, blood sugar won't drop right away because sugar got accumulated in all of your tissues, especially in collagen tissues and if you bring your BS down to normal levels it will start to wash away i assume.

8:50 It has been 2 and a half hours since i measured 228. Since, i took the 500 mg evening metformin and went in the kitchen area to do dishes and cook. She came and hit the floor really bad a few times on top of me. I had a few drinks of brandy and some diet soda (with caffeine). I checked my blood sugar now and it's... 250, and adjusted for meter's 10% error, 225.

Haven't been eating sine around noon, that is 8 hours and 50 minutes. No, i had 4-5 small sized strawberries i bought at Walmart. Unripe though sweet, started to turn yellow inside (rotten).

Could it be from the alcohol. When you drink your body's priority is to burn the alcohol and uses some of the available oxygen from that. Or my breath rate dropped because of stress and whatever was falling from the ceiling on me.

They have an algorithm for stepping, dropping objects upstairs. Doing on certain emotions, level of excitations, i don't know but i am sure is synched to what i'm doing or it feels that way.

So yeah, if you're low on oxygen, it wouldn't make much sense to take insulin.

9:45 Citeam chestia asta.

11:00 Sue this.

11:05 Upstairs, the noisiest night on record. Continuing during quiet hours that started at 10.
