2:09 PM A few days ago i took a picture with a sac of garbage caught under behind the west bin. Last night i checked and it was still there. When i checked there was a white one next to the bin (front side) which i grabbed by the laces and it threw in the bin.

2:10 I also found a vial made of thick glass under the right front tire of my truck. That was after i complained about kids again acting around here.
