9:50 AM yesterday there was one of the worst days in terms of squeaking and stomping upstairs. But in the evening, she got a guest and i ever heard them exchanging a few words. In rest just flushing toilet and squeaking and stomping.

I believe the dust i have been breathing all day was the reason i could not sleep. I took a Zyrtec that usually puts me to sleep within an hour or so but did not fall asleep until after 4. I don't know exactly how much i slept, didn't look at the history of the browser but i  think 4 and a half hours at best. But i least i fell asleep.

This morning i went to the bathroom, went back to bed, last night i had pains everywhere after being exposed for a few seconds again to cell phone radiation, i think it's getting worse, slept in my sleeping bag made of industrial insulation, but when about to fall back asleep, a few tiny knocks upstairs awoke me back and she squeaks ever since.

10:15 I wanted to heat something in the microwave. Actually, boiling a large cup of milk. 3 minutes and a half. But then i forgot to... put the cup inside. When it works empty, it leaks a large amount. Like when i do popcorn, it's almost empty. But this time was empty empty. I was in the bathroom, at about 5 meters distance and i heard the alarm of the meter beeping continuously.

Never happened to me before.

But so far i don't feel much in terms of pain, like when i was yesterday near the phone.

I think it's about being bullied from upstairs that reached an extreme.

Actually it happened the same when i first came to the US in 95 and moved to the little Vancouver (which is 4 times smaller than Canada Vancouver) which created a lot of confusion to my relatives in Romania.

There was also couple upstairs that were squeaking all the time. I did not sleep for a week (they were targeting only me, not Angela). I did not know about Zyrtec and Benadryl and melatonin. Angela sleeps on melatonin for years.

Like the woman upstairs, they have some property that allows them to synch with my thoughts. But it may not be them who climb up and down the stairs. Could be someone else with alien genes that can basically connect with you somehow and drive you nuts.

Back then i also bought a microwave oven from Goodwill with a few bucks. It was a large one and i know it was leaking because years later when i moved to Beaverton and i had a satellite dish it was interfering with the signal when it was working.

From what i know so far, they are very poorly designed and cheaply manufactured and they leak by the door. Sometimes the doors don't close tight enough. If you want co convince yourself, buy a meter, a cheap digital one is about 30 bucks on Amazon and it works. Phones and microwave ovens work on the same frequency.

I believe these things together with the cell phones are a major health hazard and the legislation regarding safety needs to be reviewed at least in the US where it's very loose.

10:35 Yeah. I started to feel it now. Not so strong pain as yesterday. Hands and legs above knees are most affected.

10:43 After a few minutes of max stomping and squeaking, not one word, they just came down the stairs, laughing and talking. But i think i detected a theatrical tone in their voices.

7:35 Done it. I was dreading that moment i will lay it down cause i'm not in such a good shape anymore.

300 pounds in total, i assume about 100 on top side (the lighter). But i put it on an old AC unit with a piece of foam on top so i did not laid it all the way to the floor. Replacing the part was easy, putting back together, that's another story.

The motor is being held in two clamps and one of them is next to impossible to put it back due to narrow space.

I was almost chocking in that closet, due to the smell from water heater pan though the closet was closed.with ozone for the last couple of day. I got to get out of their and air the place several times but now i cannot anymore cause there's smoke outside.

But guess what. I had a load of towels dripping in the bathroom and i put them and did three spins (to dry easier). Could be that i balanced the towels better, but it did not vibrate as usually. Could it be because the rubber in the couple was broken before and it was not cushinionign, all these years? I always thought it was my fault it was vibrating like this, for putting too much laundry, etc.. Will see how it goes.
