4:10 There could be makeup that flouresce on certain wavelengths that are not caught by surveillence cameras. Or maybe they can install a filter or several on the cameras so they will block several very narrow bands from the spectrum, and can use that for the trick. Looking brown, weirdly uniform, usually with very dark lips. I saw it several times in my life.
The last three times, i can say precisely when. A number of years ago there was a medical assistant with a badge saying Meghan (or Adriana Vătavu), who might have looked like Meghan Trainor, if it wasn't for that weird makeup, at Providence Bridgeport.
Kept asking myself, what if that makeup was visible only to the eyes, making that person unrecognizable to me, and on their cameras in their would have looked like her?
Same thing, last time at dr.Michael P Jaczko (Meridian Legacy), retired soon after, again the assistant, and yesterday at Indian Head i am not sure who, though i saw earlier Ms. Ana Bărbosu, with normal makeup, when i looked between two machines and she was facing me on the other side.
So you go somewhere, interact with a person, and in casinos they have hundreds of cameras, and you don't know who you are interacting with (yesterday, it was just passages, though some close). When i left the casino she was waiting not far from entrance, with a man.
Or it could be someone is filming you with a phone having with those filters on and streams the video.
Closest i could find was this, i put it here just to prove the idea, but i would assume if they use such thing, they won't advertise it. Yesterday she looked (to my eyes) very similar to the image on the right, almost black. Also wearing long black hair.
Is their any dirty trick they didn't use on me (and the rest of the world) yet?
