6:02 Some things never change. Not even today. But today i found a solution. If i find bags unknotted i put a zip tie around them. I i find loose knots, i tight them. I went to two bins, put zip ties on 4 bags and tightened one. While i was finishing, a guy came with a pizza delivery. Trying to prove people are living and eating here. BTW i found a fragment in the grass in my way to the bins. Maybe there are more. Will see.

6:17 As soon as i cleared the last piece of s...t from the grass kids showed. One of them was talking to a cat next to me, saying, "go friend, go". When i came from the liquor store earlier (with the cigarettes) i saw a Latino (with two small children) spitting something liquid at the corner of the building and now i found partially chewed food including rice in the grass.
