When you breath your lungs capture aerosols from the air. The deeper inside the lung, the smaller. So if the lungs need to stay unclogged they need a mechanism to clear selves and that is through mucus and cilia. Let me see if i can find a better synthetic syntagma.

Yeah it's not the first time when i misspell search terms and google gives me a better answer then after i correct it. Wanted to say, an answer in big characters. Cause the answer is wrong. It is not only through coughing that you clear your lungs. That is for accidental big amounts. Your lungs constantly clear by expelling mucus into your esophagus at a rate of about 1 mm per second. Without that mechanism i expect in about one week your lungs will fill with dust of course and stop functioning. So it is very important.

Ok so i think it is obvious for everybody the mucus loaded with aerosols that may be not very concentrated in the air but will get concentrated in the mucus, that may contain pathogens end up in esophagus, stomach and intestine. Normally, the acid in the esophagus would be enough to kill those. However, people may have found tricks to bypass that. Older people have less acid in the stomach.

And one of those magic tricks is using the ancient ability of prey animals to harbor symbionts that may bypass that. Cause they need to infect the prey to make it easier to hunt.

I was in the kitchen cleaning and cooking and it was all fine until i f...d a couple of times, when i got sick to the stomach because of the smell. So one can figure how loaded i am by breathing this air that contains specially prepared by experts dog poop pathogens, also from wet old mats and furniture made by fiberboard with animal glue and covered with animal lacquer, food wraps thrown in fast mutating redwood mulch full of tannins, etc..

9:50 It has been 3 hours since they woke me up and continue the uninterrupted noise upstairs. It was less at the beginning, confined to the kitchen for a couple of  hours, then it intensified a lot after i started to write. Here is a sample from the last few minutes.
