4:40 PM Yeah i know is weird to talk about food and complain about the level of hygiene in the complex all the time but i have to.

I had several posts during pandemics, one of them was about cooking pizza for about 2 dollars a pizza, things have changed, prizes have more than doubled, not so much for flour and cheese and what else you need for that, but it's quite complicated and requires some time.

It is much easier to cook meat. It took me a long time to perfect this recipe i want to share with you.

First you go to Safeway and get their coupons. They also have an app, don't know how to use it. On coupons you can get beef sirloin or similar for about 5 dollars a pound. You then go and buy 3 pounds of lean meat, pork or beef.

Will need to invest in a glass pan. Don't know, about 10 bucks in the same store. Have these for a longtime.

(You can also get 93% ground beef for meatloaf and/or why not, burgers, cheese with that app for about 5 dollars a pound).

Wash the meat to remove the film of bacteria rubbing gently in cold water that you throw until it's clear or until your (tiny) fingers get really cold, using the same glass pan.

Separately in a small bowl, grind some pepper (have an electric grinder with ceramic from Amazon for 10 bucks, hurry cause these things will double price real soon)), add sweet paprika, curry, thyme and salt, about one teaspoon each and mix them. Can add other spices if  you like. Any of them can miss except salt but will taste, well, you try and see. Once you buy the spices, you have them for a few months.

Get rid of any trace of water in the pan and then rub the meat with the spices. If you put too much on some pieces, you can rub the pieces together "to transfer the spices". Then rub with a bit of olive oil using the same fingers you used to wash the meat and rub the spices. Just kidding.

Can now wash your hands (got a small pump with manual dishwasher detergent on a side off the sink). Put a piece o aluminum foil over the pan (3 bucks at WinCo, will last for years), shiny part inside, and carefully seal the pan by gently rubbing alongside the edges. Better let the glass exposed to view on one side to be able to look later.

Don't worry if you can't the first time. You got a whole role of aluminum foil to play with.

Your oven should be hot by now if you started it with the knob at max when you started to wash the meat.

But before you start the oven better check the bottom and walls for any brown sticky deposits and try to clean them rubbing with a wet sponge dipped in backing soda. You can skip this phase if you don't care about the smell and carbon monoxide released from those during cooking.

I do it when it's hot cause it's much easier. Sponges for dishes are made of cellulose and when wet do not burn in contact with the oven and the steam generated will help with cleaning and that's why i have all kinda burns and scars on my hands so lately i use a fork or a bamboo scratching little hand to push the sponge (and raise the resistor with a fork).

Don't worry if you leave some backing soda on the bottom. In fact, you can sprinkle some, will be much easier to clean the next time. Backing soda is not toxic even when heated, it is used extensively in baking cakes anyways.

Use some silicon gloves (also have them for a long time) or a cloth to pull a rack from the oven (mid height), half way. Put your pan on the rack and gently push it back in the oven. Set the timer at 20 minutes with temperature still at max.

After 20 minutes you need to change the temperature to barely under 400 (380 maybe). High setting is needed to heat up the pan and meat faster, but once heated, you need to turn it to normal. Set the timer to one hour and then you can go and read the news, write a blog post or watch a movie on Netflix. As the meat heats up, your apartment will start to heat and smell like cooked meat and spices, a smell that will linger for about 24 hours.

Check after one hour. Pull the rack,  can raise one edge of the foil to see if is edible or simply look through the glass to see the level of boiling juices. Should also change color, with patches of brown at the surface. Should also shrink.

Normally should be able to cut it with a fork or a blunt steak knife. If not done, push the rack back and give it more time. Should be pulled by the time all juices have almost dried at the bottom. The only way you can burn meat in a glass pan with foil on top is if  you run out of juices at the bottom of the pan.

Pull the tray and lift the pan with two silicon gloves or rags or somethin. Let it cool for at least one hour on a cold burner on top of the stove. Cover with plastic foil again with sealed edges and stick in the fridge.

Meat cooked like this do not spoil even in one week if your temperature in the fridge is below 40 (have a 2 dollars thermometer on a side of the fridge for that).

You can cut it cold in thin slices for sandwiches or heat it and cook some some rice (about 15 minutes) or potatoes (15 minutes + peeling time boiled). Frozen vegetables (spicy potatoes,  my favorite) cooked with a bit of oil in the other pan, for about half hour in the same heated oven, they can also be kept in the fridge and re-heated. Or simply cut some potatoes, sprinkle salt, olive oil and spices in the other pan and cover it with foil and check after about half hour.

Don't forget to throw the garbage after sticking the tray from the meat in there, will start to stink real soon.

8:08 I think i just let my emotions write a post about the same recipe i already have a post with. Shall keep them both because they show the progress of my style and language. There are a few more tricks in the last one.

10:00 I don't know if y'all remember when i said about that night when we came from Chinook and found the door literally opened. The only thing i use only myself is the insulin pen. So i tried 10 units only to see what happenes and i had a weird sensation at the injection site after, that lasted hours, got bruised, etc..

So i put that pen aside and started a new one. Time has passed, the new one ended and i said, what the heck maybe i was crazy and put that one aside and used it again cause it was almost full. So i did 20 units last night, ignored the weird sensation in an area the size of a palm around injection site, said to myself, maybe i moved the pen, 10 units more this morning and i am not sure (cannot be sure of anything) but i think i am sick because of it.

Big time sick with blue stains under eyes and feeling so tired i did not go for my walk today. Got big brown bruises about 5 mm diameter at both injection sites and just started a new pen and did not have that tingling sensation anymore.

However, as i said, as soon as i do my insulin, my metabolism increases as expected and my body needs more oxygen to burn that sugar the insulin brings into the cells and have to breath more but that sensation passes after about one hour. That confirms a pancreatic insufficiency or too much cortisol (stress hormone) which is an insulin antagonist, as opposed to insulin resistance.

10:40 I got again pain in my knees due to some infection and i have problems climbing up and down the stairs. I mean, i would appear climbing up and down like an old man (which i am not). Last night i went to the street to check that leaking bottle and when i came back i caught the woman upstairs which was climbing. One version of it anyways. First i thought it was a man. She was going up like a panther, with thick legs and torso about my weight and if figured she is some sort of a heavy athlete.

A few minutes later i went around to check our car (trip computer was reset) and saw where she parked cause in her spot was his truck. If she came at that hour, the only way she would have found that spot (A No Park on Thursday) was if somebody kept it for her (be it the AI which governs everything - to my perception).

(She just dropped a heavy object like she knew i was writing about her).

A wrestler? However when i searched for women wrestler, all i see is models with a bit of muscles, which indicates all matches are like in case of men, scripted.

So i said to myself, it's got to be a heavy lifter cause you can't cheat that. When i checked the list, what did i see? (i clicked on sort in the order of weight, and on first places, i see some of the women have German names. KKK?

However, firsthand i could not recognize her in any of the pictures (not that i know her face so well) but i got a candidate. No, several. Probably retired or at the end of their career. But there was at least one young, brunette, kinda cute, the one i saw in the first day (with dark hair). Was it last summer when they moved? Can't think right now, i am too mad.

So they were several, of the same category, as i said many times before, will keep on searching to see if i recognize more.

There is a whole list of crimes they committed while here. At times i was so sick i thought i was about to die. I went at the ER with very high blood pressure which could mean attempted murder. Torture for sure. Crimes that never get affected by statutes of limitations.

The fact the previous occupants did similar things does not change anything. Those were also heavy persons.

Unless this country is run by KKK itself.

Thing is i started to search for them this morning, then i did something else.
