11:30 There was an almost 2 days unprecedent pause regarding the dog bags. Tonight it started again, i disposed of 3 black bags, one loose knot, two open by the NW bin, some hiden, a green one by the W bin (on top of the open lid) which bin BTW is overfilled with very stinky stuff from broken bags, all bags disposed of contained dried poop which was probably picked somewhere else.
